"Come tonight 1/14/2024 10 mins before close lady African American kept threatening us since we arrived an hour before closing to go pay before they turn off the machines (registers) so we headed to go pay before 10pm when lady told us to. Asian young lady with glasses claims there machines acting up and they had turn them off before closing time. Yet they had checked out a lady just perfectly fine before we got there. Both associates were communicating entire time. They turned off the registers to be PETTY and it’s BAD for business and customer service not professional at all. For people who have emergencies and Burlington stay open late for its customers but the workers are LAZY and mean ! Hire better workers!! We Will be calling corporate in the morning. They also do not wear name tags , they did not want give their names either very rude. Please if your coming late an hour before closing don’t bother, they will not let you make purchases , I have an entire cart full of items and told me they would not check me out , they did not try to hide what they did."

"Today, I had my baby by myself & my cart was very full. I was asked to leave my cart in the store & pull my car around to get my items (because carts can’t leave the store). I made it to my car & realized I needed to change the baby… knowing it would take a while until I could get back to my items, I became anxious. Before I knew it, an employee (maybe manager?) named Corey came walking up with all of my items in his hands and personally put them in my car for me. Corey was a big blessing to me today! Thank you Corey! I’ll definitely be returning to your store!"

"I got there as soon as they opened, had to use the bathroom and there was trash & a dirty diaper on the ground as soon as I walked in. There was urine all over and around the toilet, hovering while 9 months pregnant isn’t quite easy. On top of everything I didn’t have any toilet paper to wipe with and there was no soap to wash my hands. Do better, it’s really not that hard."

"ACCUSED ME OF STEALING!! I went to shop today 11/11/23 and shopped with my mother. We looked around for about 30ish minutes and actually purchased some items. When I was almost out of the door a worker came almost running and stopped me and basically said she thought I was stealing a purse, which was MY purse that was on me with my things inside, “because it looked like the ones they have” as per her words. I was shocked and honestly didn’t even react and just left because I was so appalled at that moment. That is unacceptable behavior from a staff to accuse someone of stealing. I work retail and I know for a fact you are not supposed to accuse someone of stealing even if they are and especially if they are almost out of the door. Workers need to be trained better especially if they are trying to act like Loss Prevention."

"6th Burlington I've been in this week. Wasn't greeted so no interaction with staff while here. 4 registers opened and no line. First impression very clean and super organized. Amazed that the toy section was put together, could actually walk through the ailes. My hubby in a wheelchair was able to navigate. Top 2 best location based on cleanliness and organization."
