"15 years ago, Kohl's was a good place to shop. Now it sucks. I waited in line 30 minutes to make a return of overpriced items because they don't hire enough staff to keep their lines moving. The cashier said my Kohl's cash was now void because of the return. Insult added to injury. I made the decision then and there not to shop at Kohl's anymore, and, I kid you not - I felt relief! I felt like a burden had been lifted! I never have to go in their crummy stores and sift through their crummy merchandise and deal with their crummy service again! My win. Kohl's loss."

"Three days before Christmas there was a long Checkout line. I use a walker, there were only three cash registers open, and I went up to the front desk to ask for help. One of the associates took me immediately, gave me candy because I was having a Diabetic problem, and even had a clerk walk me out to the car and carry my bags, and to make sure I was OK. This shows that their associates go above and beyond just the normal customer service. I frequent this store a lot and always have found the service to be excellent."

"Very clean and well stocked. Many styles of mens clothing available. More options for women. Clearance rack is a joke, mostly 4XX sizes and unhumanly possible large T Shirts on the rack."
