"I have never found a higher quality of service available than that at Hawthorne at Bear Creek. My experience: -I have traveled 22 countries. -Have worked for some of the top customer experience organizations on the planet. -Have lived on 3 continents. -I have over 200 - five star reviews on Google myself, and nothing below 4 stars. During this time I have worked with over 10,000 people from every corner or the world. An elite customer experience is what I am trained to give. I have experienced customer service teams that I can say are at the same level, but they are very, very few. But, based on my experience, you will find no higher level of service than that of the team at bear creek. This effort is spearheaded (in my opinion) by CHELYN M. and her very kind, and refreshingly human supervisor MASON. While I haven't had the pleasure of speaking with MASON long enough to make this claim, I believe CHELYN M. will leave this planet with every gift God can bestow on a human. If anyone reads this and works in real estate, (CHELYN M. is interested in this as a career) you would be an utter fool to not consider her for an interview. Whoever the powers at be in this organization are; speaking from experience, I have no idea how CHELYN does not have an ENTIRE REGION under her supervision. I promise you, I will poach her unless she is given the opportunities she deserves. Feel free to reach out to ask any questions. I’m telling you if she was a stock, I have never seen a more undervalued opportunity. A note for new residents: this is my experience in getting an apt. I have not lived here long enough to give an accurate representation of what it’s like to live here long term, this is specifically about the beginning of my stay here. Second Note: These are the only members of the team I have met, I cannot speak for the rest of the team here."

"Unbelievable mismanagement in the leasing office. I owed money for damages after moving out, paid with a certified cashiers check, and was NOT notified that they did not accept the check. It went to collections and they did not contact me in any way about the outstanding balance. Do not trust these people with your money. Not worth the headache living here for outdated/overpriced apartments with awful staff and management."

"I didn't end up renting here, but wanted to make sure to leave a review about the great customer service I received when I was searching for a rental. Haleigh from the front office was so helpful - She even went as far as to drop what she was doing to show me a unit in person when I only gave 10 minutes notice and she was the only one in the office that day. The date available for the unit and my own personal schedule didn't align, but I will definitely keep Hawthorne at Bear Creek in mind in the future after the great experience I had with the staff. I really don't feel like the staff at other apartment complexes are as caring or diligent as what I experienced with Haleigh."
