"My husband and I called this place home for 3 years. We had a great time overall. Maintenance was prompt, management was super nice and helpful; Rachel, Regina, Hailey, all were attentive and always resolved the issues we brought up. The apartments are good for the price, and we loved that they didn’t raised the prices too much even after pandemic when everything was so expensive. Our apartment was spacious and the bugs issues did come up a couple times which maintenance did every effort to fix. Our only complaint was about the parking and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. They were so loud, rude, and would illegally park in handicapped space. That’s the only thing we won’t miss and glad that it’s over. Our move out was very smooth, no surprise charges and received the check as soon as we had our new address. We had a great time at Londontown, it was our first home together after getting married and will always be special for us, nice, warm and cozy. I hope the next tenants find comfort in living there just the way we did."

I know I can be a diva and Rachel was always very patient with me and they dispatched maintenance immediately anytime I had any major requests for things to be fixed. "This place is wonderful. In the past few years I have lived here they have been consistently quick to repair/maintain even the smallest issues I've had. They organize fun events for the apartment community and have been consistently scheduling food trucks weekly to visit so we can experience going out to eat safely during this pandemic. The staff have been very friendly over the years. The apartments themselves, though I'm not in the newer villas but in the older buildings, are very solid construction with good sound dampening and I've never had a bug issue. I definitely recommend for anyone to look into this complex if looking for an apartment in this area."

"I have been renting with Londontown Apartments for nearly a year now. The staff and management are top notch. They make you feel right at home, and they are friendly as well as helpful. The maintenance team is also extremely responsive. It is rare that we have an issue in our apartment, but when we do, we can expect a prompt response. They're also very professional and don't leave a mess after fixing anything. Londontown seems to care more about their tenants than about squeezing money out of them or being shady. I appreciate that. There is ample green space for enjoying the outdoors at the apartment complex, and there is a greenway a short walk away. It's not very loud, and it feels very safe here. This is a good apartment complex for a family. Another plus is the location. They're located very close to the interstate and main highways which makes it very easy to get anywhere. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family, and I recommend it to you as well."

"Londontown is a great apartment complex. My wife and I chose Londontown as our first home and definitely did not regret it. We chose the 525 square foot, 1-bedroom/1-bath floor plan. The front office staff was wonderful, and always greeted us with a smiling face. Maintenance always came the same day we had an issue and was very friendly. Laundry and pool facilities were always kept clean. During our stay, we did not have any issues with bugs or anything of that sort because pest control came pretty frequently. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. The only thing I would suggest, if possible, is to try to walk through the EXACT apartment you are going to be living in. Before move-in, we walked through a 1-bedroom/1-bath apartment that we were told would be the same as the one we were getting and matched the pictures online. However, on move-in day, we were surprised when the apartment we ended up with did not quite match. They claimed it was because it was remodeled. What was supposed to be a coat closet was actually an sliding door that revealed the water heater, and it only had one very small shelf. There was also an overhang above the bar, when the apartment we saw had that area completely open. We made it work, but just something to note!"
