"This is a low budget condo. We went in the off season. The heating system was, at best, Inadequate, I am not even sure that it worked at all It took 48 hours to get a repairman in, his excuse was that it was raining. The garbage disposal was froze up. He was able to fix that. Hot water was intermittent. There was no staff on site the majority of the time and what staff was there, spoke very little English. If you call the number that is posted at the desk , no one answers and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message . We work hard for our money but we would have paid more to have a better place to stay. The manager offered us a free night stay but we were froze and ready to go back home to Ohio where it's colder but our heat works. If you are trying to save money and take your family on a vacation this may be for you but be prepared, they cheaped out on everything. The view was nice but that was really all it had going for it. Very few restaurants around within walking distance. Advertisement says full kitchen with everything you need but I don't think so there were no sharp knives no can opener limited pots and pans, also a coffee maker no coffee cups. We will not be returning and we would not recommend this unless you are really really trying to save money and I'm not even sure you can't get something nicer for less money or at least the same amount."
"The building was recently renovated according to the listing, but you can't tell if it actually was. First thing I noticed in terms of "renovation" was that the toilet was running when I arrived. It must've been leaking somehow as it would start and stop running water a few times per hour. Second thing I noticed in terms of "renovation" was that there was a sign above the thermostat urging guests to keep the set temperature between 72°F to 78°F or else the A/C would freeze. That's completely ridiculous and honestly just sounds like a lame way of cutting costs at the guests' expense. Not that it matters anyway... The A/C didn't work at all (even within their temperature range). There was only a negligible draft of room temperature air from the vents and the sound of what was presumably the fan running. Last thing I noticed in terms of "renovation" were the electrical receptacles. Not only do they look old, but they are old. The connection was very loose, resulting in some things coming unplugged. It's not only inconvenient, but also a fire hazard (though it's unlikely). Even after looking past that, the room was dirty. The beds were made and seemed clean, as well as the towels. Upon taking off our shoes, our socks became very dirty in under an hour from walking around in the room. The floors we obviously dirty and appeared to be completely skipped over. The guy at the at the service desk could understood and spoke very little English and no French (the only two languages I speak). This made communication very difficult in an already frustrating situation. The view of the beach was very nice, the room was spacious, and it's definitely not the worst place I've stayed. For the price we paid, it was easily the worst deal."
"First impression was off photos looked all updated and such. Once arrived host at desk was not friendly. Room is very dated outlets with no covers. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Kitchen has one skillet and outer pans. Only 2 forks dishwasher was supper loud. But room was on the beach great view. Bed was a hotel bed sleep was ok. Sower had hot water and good presser. Was happy over all with the price I paid."
