"It was a wonderful experience staying in this cabin, super cozy, clean, with all the necessary equipment, smart TV, I would stay again another time. Many thanks for everything!"
"We tent camped at Arrow Creek and it was great. The bathroom and shower facilities were very clean and even had a washer and dryer if needed. We traveled with a baby and there was access to warm water for bottle feeding. The people at the campsite were also very nice and welcoming. We had a great stay and will be camping there again."
"We had a check-in time of 2:00 pm, the office was closed but there was a note on the door that said a welcome packet was in the file holder next to the door, but there was no welcome packet. A number was listed to call with questions but no one picked up. We saw a gentleman working near the back of the camp ground so I asked if he worked there. He said he was the cable guy but he did have the private cell phone number for Casey the manager. He gave me the number and I called over and over because it said voice mail had not been set up, so I called about six times in a row and Casey picked up. She acted like she didn't recall our booking but finally told us to go ahead and set up our tent on the site the reservation designated. My wife went to use the toilet in the women's restroom but it was stopped up with feces and urine. She did find a toilet that was unstopped and used it. The next morning before check-out we went to take showers. We both had hot water for about 2 minutes before the water turned cold. We never saw anyone from staff or management the whole time we were there because the office was always closed. A very unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this facility to anyone."
"We LOVED our stay!! The camper itself was very well kept and clean. The host provided towels, dishes, appliances, and blankets. The location is perfect. It’s far enough outside of the city to where you don’t have that headache to get in and out but close enough that a 15 minute scenic drive will land you in the middle of all the action. The host was very accommodating the entire trip checking in via email and making sure there was nothing we needed. Unfortunately the pool was down during our visit but Jen offered free swimming at the other campground in Seiverville. This was definitely the romantic get away that we desperately needed to relax and regroup from our everyday lives. We appreciate the entire team at Arrow Creek for having us."
"A solid stay for us, met all that we needed but was not over the top. Tight fit for site 23 and a 28’ trailer and then a tow vehicle but we managed. Front desk was personable and walked us to the site. Laud and restroom facilities could use a little updating but they worked. For the price, it met our needs for one night."
