"I have never been so humiliated in my life. I reserved a king size bed and the room was ok but five minutes after arriving I was informed that me and my service dog were not welcome in that room and was downgraded to a room with two full beds with no blankets. they stuffed us in the back of the hotel that was under construction. The construction workers rooms were nicer then mine. This room was unfit for my dog let alone us. Never again I ended up at the Days inn where I was treated with respect"

"This place is really nice! It sits on top of downtown and any room you get is guaranteed to have a great view. The rooms are super spacious and the best part is that you get king beds in all the rooms. The front desk is amazing, especially Raj the houseman, what a nice guy! Thank you for making our stay so warm, bringing us towels and cleaning our messy room. There is also an amazing breakfast buffet and the best environment! Definitely the place to stay, you’ll be happy you did. Especially with the perk that the trolley stops right in front of the lobby to take you all through Gatlinburg!"

"DO NOT COME HERE!!! My daughter had to go to the e.r. because she locked up from asthma attack and was tested for black mold and it was insane high!! Then as we inspected further it was literally consuming the whole room! Also, when you leave that credit card they swipe for damages, no, they had fraudulent charges on my bank account due to charging me room rates and parking fees for another 2 days after we already left the state and checked out at front desk!! The staff here is very rude and unhelpful! Location is prime. Pool is dirty. Rooms are dirty. Towels are for toddlers. And drug riddled room hoppers are present and loud. Never make the mistake like we did. It was a vacation from hell!! I am updating review a weeks days after posting now. They just push it off and add a review back saying they're so sorry and they will address it. My friend went to stay here to see if they did anything or shut down at the least (it's only black mold so why fret?), and she wanted to see the room before renting, well friends, it was exactly like we all discovered, rude staff, room full of black mold painted over, and carpet black as well as her nose instantly stuffed upon entering room and headache galore!! AUTHORITIES SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY BEFORE SOMEONE DIES!!!"

"Room was great. Beds comfortable. TV had all the channels. Hot breakfast as advertised. Looks kinda crummy from the parking lot, but the location is ideal to walk to everything. Added a $10 parking, $5.99 cleaning fee at check in. Still was cheap & the place was good."

"Do not stay here. Please read the reviews and don't just go off the hotel pictures. Most importantly, be prepared to pay $18 a day for parking.We booked here for Christmas and regret that we did. The rooms with the fireplace and balcony are not pet friendly, and you will not find this out until you get here. We were moved to room 116 because of our small dog. The room smelled like you walked into a dog kennel that had never been cleaned. Do not walk around in your socks or bare feet as they will turn black as they do not actually clean the rooms. There was poop behind the toilet that was old and crusty. The showere looked like it was falling apart, and most of the room had some type of stains. The only thing it had going for it was the location. Make sure you walk or ride share as the parking lot is tight and will fill up right away."
