"Do not stay here. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only good thing about this place is the location. We walked pretty much everywhere we needed and wanted to go. Big group of college kids came and stayed scattered around the hotel. They were loud and rude. Cussing at other guests and were drunk. Woke us up around 12:30am and it continued until 4 am when the police were called by another guest. And I mean constant yelling for almost 4 hours. They woke up the entire hotel! When I asked the next morning if they had to leave, I was told oh no they are just a bunch of college kids. So we didn’t get any rest the entire trip. The next night the ones staying next to us played loud music for hours, went in and out of their room slamming doors. It was horrible! Breakfast was pretty much non existent. Just pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere besides this place. Trust me."

"READ THE REVIEWS!! I got two rooms that shared a door so my family and I could spend a weekend up in the mountains, the first room doors would not open so they switched our rooms to another location , perfect we were happy, upon further inspection I noticed there was either facial hair or pubic hair in my towels,they were dirty and not very well cleaned , I had the shower running and my kids had used the bathroom after flushing the shower water turned a dark brown!!! Jarring needless to say, I ignored this and was thankful for our trip and didn’t want to complain to much , the next day however my kids step mom rushed in and said “there’s bedbugs get up!!” I asked her what she’s talking about and what happened , she explained her daughter was bit and she had the bug in a cup! It was under the blankets!!! I looked and sure enough it was a bed bug!!!! We got dressed and ran down to the front office to show them and made sure we got a video of the bug , and of the conversation to protect our selves and to see what would happen , they apologized and said we would have to wait until the next day to speak to management . I was fuming but we were limited on what we could do , so I sat and we read the reviews of this hotel each and every comment was dismissed and basically called a lier saying there are no bedbugs this is a lie we have all video and photos of them! I was fuming when I seen no one received their refund, no one was offered a new room nothing . So I walked right back to the front office and demanded a refund because what!!!! All these people were dismisseddd!!! Save your money go else where the country inn was extremely nice and clean!"

"The room is dirty. There is no hot water at the hotel. Clerk is openly lying to the guests to get them to check in. I asked him directly do you have hot water? He said yes it's just been repaired. The repairman had already been here they don't have the pump and they're not going to fix it today and maybe not until after Christmas. It's 10 pm everything sold out. Refuse to give refund and let me leave. Paid for a Jacuzzi room. The bottom of the tub is so filthy. In the photo you can see that the tub has been destroyed and someone has plastered it back together. Room 237."

"I wish zero stars was an option. Check in went smoothly. Room was a literal nightmare. Stains on the bedding, beds were not in order, towels in a disarray, dead bugs in the window sill, BLOOD STAIN ON THE CURTAINS. We grabbed our bags and immediately left. When we walked back into the front office the attendant knew exactly why we came back. His words were “You didn’t like the room.” Not a question but a statement. The fact that the employees even know how bad the rooms are is alarming. We are still working to get our full refund. Please do not waste your money or safety staying at this hotel."

"We have always stayed at Wyndham hotels and have never had any issues…. We even recommend them to friends and family. This time, our experience was not so great. I’m honestly surprised that Wyndham would even put their name on this hotel. When we first opened the door to our room, it was one of the worst musty odors I have ever smelt. We had to leave our door open for the first hour of being there. The carpet was disgusting. There were white streaks on the headboard of the bed (who knows what that was). The bedside light didn’t work. The drawer didn’t have a handle. The housekeepers don’t supply wash rags in the room, you have to obtain these at the front desk (if you can find anyone down there to help you). There was mold growing around the shower and in the bathroom (probably what the smell was, and probably the reason we woke up with congestion and sore throats the next morning). There are holes all in the bathroom walls. The toilet only flushes every other time. ALL THIS WITHSTANDING, WE WOKE UP WITH BITES ON OUR LEGS AND ANKLES THAT MORNING. Who really knows exactly because I don’t have proof of bedbugs, but I went to sleep without them and woke up with them…. Do with that information what you will. If I would’ve known the condition of this “hotel”, I wouldn’t have stayed at this Wyndham location even if you payed me to. No human being should be staying here as it is a complete health hazard and needs to be reported to corporate immediately. It either needs to be gutted and remodeled, or more than likely, demolished."
