"Beautiful 20 bedroom home used for a family reunion. Plenty of room for 46 people. Great location, walkable to the main street in Gatlinburg. Note: dining room table/chairs only seat 32 at one time. There were about 10-12 additional bar stools for kids. House was very clean. A bit of wear and tear starting to show on the stone wall in the basement, and on the couches in the living room. I appreciated having a thermostat on each floor."
