"The location is great. The rooms need some updating. Water was leaking from the pipes in hallways. The carpet needs to be replaced. I tried to open our door on the balcony, but the people next to us were on their balcony smoking."

"Nothing but the best to say about our stay! The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, the view of the river from our balcony was great, and the breakfast which was included was not your typical continental type, but a full and delicious breakfast! Best of all, you're right across the street from Anakeesta and all of Gatlinburg is within walking distance. We look forward to returning some time in the future!"

"Location was very convenient, breakfast was good, but the cleanliness lacked severely. There were several obvious long hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Almost all the towels had wads of hair in them. The phone, lamps, table tops, etc. looked like they had never been wiped off or cleaned before. Probably will not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness. Parking spaces are entirely too small and we were told to move when our suv was on the line because that's the only way we fit into the very small parking space."

"We loved the Greystone Lodge! Stayed on the 1st floor of the building up on the hill overlooking the river. Loved sitting on the balcony. They could've swept the spider webs down, but no big deal. The breakfast was nice and convenient and the staff was nice. Only thing bad was when the prowler group came and took over the parking lot at night with their chairs and meets. Couldn't even get through the lot and parking was extremely limited after they were there. Loves the rooms and the place is very pretty and clean."
