Gatlinburg Inn 755 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738

"We stayed for 3 days. The hotel has a wonderful location for shops, restaurants, and convenience. Their rooms were very clean. Very nice bathrooms. The hotel has a lot of charm and that's my favorite part. The workers are very friendly, and very inviting. Their breakfast is amazing! They have so many options, better than a normal buffet you would go to. Their coffee is amazing. The cappuccinos amazing. They have a little store in the hotel for food and snacks and drinks and are the cheapest prices in Gatlinburg. They have a very nice fireplace outside with rocking chairs. And a noc living area to relax and look at the history of the hotel. Their cooks were so kind, and everything was handmade! Every welcoming, and relaxing. Their beds and sofas were also very comfortable! We will be back and bring our family's for years to come!"

"While the location of the inn is a major plus, the noise from every door slamming, to people walking down the hall and talking makes this a no for me again. The walls are paper thin. Stayed in 105, which is right outside the breakfast area. The restrooms for the first floor are located right across the hall. Several times during the night, people would use them and knocked on the door to see if anyone was using them. Very loud. Doors slamming constantly made it impossible to get a decent nights sleep. Could just be the location. The room itself was fine. It’s dated, but has an old school charm to it. The bathroom has been updated. The balcony is a nice touch but does no good as the view is back of the lobby. Overall, a nice hotel, but wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise. Breakfast was very good. Good selection and was all delicious. Best part of the stay. Enjoyed being able to sit on the front porch and people watch. Fireplace outside is a nice touch during the winter. Also a fireplace inside with a sitting room gives you a place to unwind from the day. Books, puzzles, and games to enjoy are a nice touch. Overall, a good place to stay for the price, but as has been stated, it’s dated."

"Such a nice beautiful place, Wow, What a good country breakfast they have. It was the best food I had eaten in a while every since I left on Jan 2, Every morning I think about that delicious breakfast. Everyone was so nice, I really enjoyed The New Year's party you had. The Beds are so comfortable. it's a perfect location I can't wait to come back. Thank Y'All for everything"

"My husband and I came here for Christmas.... let me just say, this place is absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect right in the heart of town. The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING. I sure am gonna miss those biscuits and gravy. All the staff is so friendly and Ms. Bunny is super sweet. I cannot say enough good things about the Gatlinburg Inn. Until we make it back, God bless you all."

"So beautiful, so much history. Every sitting room takes you back in time. They are beautifully decorated and so very cozy. The halls are lined with historic photos and stories of the Inn. The location of the Inn is just about smack dab center of town so easy access to all attractions. Every room I entered was absolutely spotless. All but one of the rooms / suites has a balcony. Fantastic FULL breakfast every morning. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and always had a smile! I highly recommend this Inn and am already planning a return stay, in warmer weather!"
