"This place was awesome best place I have ever stayed at ppl are nice even when u make a boo boo sleep walking on the patio I messed up the screen door told them about it they said no problem they could fix it beds r so comfortable my kids had a blast it's best family vacation yet!!!! Also got to see a baby bear cub hope u can find it in the pictures"

"Stayed here through airbnb. Hosts were amazing and so was the front desk. Everyone was kind, check in was smooth and simple. The mountain view was breathtaking. It's a hidden driveway entrance, sneaks up on you. That's the only part I didn't like but, luckily no one was ever coming out as we came in bc it was a wide turn in coming off the mountain. Would definitely stay again!"

"Resort stay that include whole "apartment" type rentals. Free laundry room, free game room-so fun, plus indoor heated pool and hot tub! Updated appliances and showers. My grandson loved the jet sauna tub!! Our unit was completely furnished to include dishes, linens, satellite TV, balcony with seating, etc. The views were absolutely amazing located at the top of the mountain on Ski Mountain Rd, BEAUTIFUL!! Located right near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge close too. King bed in master, 2 twin beds in second bed room plus a full pull out in living room. Will definitely book here again and again! Highly recommend!!"

"If I could leave a zero star review I really would. Do not say you’re fully handicap accessible if you are not! Both my mother and grandmother since we got here cannot take a shower. And we are here for a week total. It’s honestly ridiculous. The only thing good about it is that it located in a beautiful place."

"My cousin has a time share there and we love to visit with them when they come. We live in Gatlinburg and it's always good to see family when they come to the mountains. The condo is great and a great location with a semi view of the mountains. They have done some upgrades to the place and it looks nice. They have a wonderful indoor pool and a hot tub beside it. There are bears who walk through there occasionally. Good location as well."
