"The location of the hotel is great. It is close to many stores, restaurants and the main highway. The staff was super nice, fast and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and I would definitely go back."

"I'll preface this review with saying I've never left a hotel before after checking in, because of how bad a bed was. This Bed was terrible, lumpy and felt like it probably has been there since the hotel was built. We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago the night we got married. It had been built just a few months before that. It was a great. So much so, to relieve the memory , My husband decided to book a room here for our anniversary this weekend one night. We have two kids so we rarely get a night away from the kids. Check in was smooth. Get up to the room and settled in. Go to get in the bed and it's so instantly wiggly like springs are broken inside and curves in the middle. To try to just enjoy the night we lay down to just see how it feels ... With in 5 min of laying down , we realize it's way to uncomfortable to sleep. My husband calls down and asks if there's some sort of extra padding or topper we can put on to just make it thru the night since we were already there and not be miserable while sleeping. They inform us they have nothing . My husband goes down and asks if there is any other room we can switch too. They inform us all the rooms are full and that all the beds are the same , even if they had one available. Workers were pleasant but not empathetic for our situation. They then said we had the choice to leave because we had literally only be at the hotels total of an hour , that the manager would call us first thing in morning and refund us. We checked out, made sure they had a note in there and they reassured we would be called first thing and that it would be resolved. No call from the hotel the next day. 530pm my husband calls and speaks to an employee , and then the manager whom he could hear thru the phone but was not professional enough to pick the phone up and speak to my husband himself , relayed the message saying " because they laid in the bed, and we couldn't rent it back out that night , we can not refund them for the night "......how My husband then asked , "how Would we know what a bed feels like if we haven't laid in it, of course we had laid in the bed. We literally called down as soon as we realized the bed was too uncomfortable to sleep in". My husband continued -"we were told because we had been there only an hour that for one you would refund us, because you had no other bed options for us to switch to with all the rooms full! The manager standing there next to the phone relayed yet again to the employee to tell my husband , "well there's nothing we can do" So please do not go to this hotel if you are wanting a bed that is actually one you can sleep in with any sort of comfort or if you are expecting employees that give you reliable information of being able to be refunded for your stay. Because you had been there only an hour. Or do not go there because of the managers that are so unprofessional that will not even pick up a phone to talk to you to resolve an issue they were supposed to call you over and never did, but instead speak through an employee and say there's nothing we can do because you laid in a bed . Wow just wow."

"Stayed here briefly because of proximity to airport. The shuttle does run at specific times so make sure your flight arrives within their window but they were accommodating for us when we were just after it stopped. There WAS a microwave in our room (some people complained about that) and being next door to cracker barrel was also nice."

"Not worth the money!!! Stay at the Clarion next door! First they don’t do airport shuttles here before 7am so if you have an early morning flight you’re out of luck. There is no complementary breakfast either. At least next door they load you up with coffee and eggs and the whole works! For 250$ for one night I would’ve expected better. Just don’t do it. Spend your hard earned money on a company that values you."

"No complaints. The customer service from all the staff was outstanding for my entire stay. The room was very clean, stylish and comfortable -- definitely up to Courtyard Marriott standards. (Note: there is a fridge and coffee maker in the room but no microwave.) Very hot water in the shower. The rooms are insulated well. I was right across from the elevator and I never heard it. The view of the small Asheville Airport across the street was pretty cool, and again, no noise from outside. There is no free breakfast, but there is a well appointed bistro in the lobby -- complete Starbucks and many breakfast selections available for a pricey fee. The Starbucks coffee was delicious, as expected. (However, there is a Cracker Barrel that shares the parking lot of the hotel--rarely a wait and better breakfast value). There are also plenty of other restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. Overall: Unless you absolutely can not live without a microwave in your room and free breakfast, I strongly recommend this hotel; I will definitely stay here in the future."
