"Renter beware, mold is a prevalent issue and the management team of this complex are completely devoid of any human empathy or desire to help in posting community updates when a theft occurs. I had a motorcycle stolen in this complex and when I asked the management team to send out a community wide email they denied my request despite the reasonable nature. Then they send out a missing cat alert less than two days later after my correspondence which I followed up with to get an explanation as why one request was posted but mine was not. Their reasoning was they did not want to cause an alert in the complex when every resident should be on high alert because of the nature and audacity of the crime. Look anywhere else but here."

"I have lived here for 2 years they Basic apartments for almost mid Luxury apartment price. Management is dishonest. i told management when i resigned my lease last year i needed a 12 month lease they said not a problem, i requested a apartment without carpet because i have dogs they said not a problem, i requested apartment with a island instead of a bar they said no problem. They showed me exactly what i requested, i signed my new lease 1.5 months before my old lease was up. They wouldnt let me see the apartment i was getting till my move in date, it was always being worked on was their excuse. Come move in date it had everything i requested NOT to have. In reality thats probley the reason why they didnt let me see the apartment. In my Opinion this is the biggest bait and switch that i have ever happened to me. The Gym very basic, pool was closed till like the 1st week in aug. not one thing offered by management beside driving to a sister location and use their pool. The parking can be a issue when they are full theres been times i had to park 4 buildings away from mine to get a parking spot. (even though they know they have parking issues they still want their money to have a garage and its not cheap. 2 times Durning the summer we had a issue with the ac not working called maintaince told them the issue and explained to them i have a english bulldog that with out air flow and cooling its really hard for him to Breathe they showed up the next day towards end of day to fix the issue which only took them 5 mins to fix. My question to them is if they knew what the problem was and it was such a quick fix why take the amount of time it did to fix it especially when i had concerns with a living animal. In sept. I reached out to management was talking about the lease thinking it was up dec 6th only to find out that the lease was 14 months not 12 months like it was suppose to be i get i should have looked it over b4 but i never in a million years thought a apartment complex would be not truthful about something like a lease especially them knowing i wanted the lease to end in Dec. And we talked about the reasons why. I tired to discuss this issue with the apartment manager and her only response was there was issues with pervious management but you signed a legal document and if you want to end your lease in dec. It would be a little less then $6k and she is right but that tells alot about the company in general. I am so happy my lease is about to be up me and my family cant wait to move. I read some of these positive reviews and laugh thinking either they got lucky or they are employees or people paid to post them. Because everyone i have talk with has had some kind of issues when they have lived here."

"I have been a resident at this complex for the past five months, and unfortunately, it has been an incredibly challenging period for me. I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope of sparing others from similar hardships. Upon moving in around July, I discovered that the apartment I was moving into had a serious cockroach infestation, see picture attached. Despite the apartment complex sending pest control weekly, it took almost five months to see a significant reduction in the number of roaches. During this time, several essential appliances, including the stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, had to be replaced due to the presence of roach carcasses causing blockages. Although the situation was far from ideal, I refrained from complaining, believing that the management was genuinely trying to resolve the issue. Adding to my frustrations, approximately two months ago, a neighbor lost control of their dog, leading to an incident where the dog aggressively pursued mine. I managed to trap the dog in the doorway, and the owner retrieved it. However, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the dog owner. I reported the incident to the office and followed up. Unfortunately, the matter has not been addressed. Most recently, on November 26th, I encountered another setback. While cleaning my apartment, I left some plants and pots, clearly marked as mine in reusable bags (Publix/Kohl bags) outside my front door to create space. Cleaning ran late and anticipating no issues, I planned to bring them inside the next day. To my dismay, when I went to retrieve them, they were missing. Despite reaching out to the front office, requesting assistance and suggesting a community-wide announcement, my concerns have been met with complete disregard. At this point, I feel compelled to share my experience openly because my efforts to address these issues have seemingly fallen on deaf ears. I have been patient and understanding, but my concerns remain unaddressed. I hope that this review prompts positive changes within the community and encourages a more responsive and proactive approach from the management."
