"It’s not worth living here. My truck got stolen and so did other tenants cars/trucks. No one was even informed about it. There is an opening to the apartment where anyone can get in from, so I don’t see what’s the point of that big gate. And the receptionist Kimberly at the apartment was rude, and told another apartment to not let us live and when we called her about it to try and fix it, she was hesitant to help us because we left a review. So not only was she rude she made it seem like she wouldn’t help us because of the review."

"I’ve been a resident at Ansley at Robert’s Lake for over a year now, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Alexis O’Buckley in the office has always been incredibly supportive and professional when addressing my concerns or issues. I recommend this complex to anyone!"

"The staff is amazing. The maintenance team gets to maintenance requests very timely and the office staff is very welcoming. I love the location. We're surrounded by trees so it feels like mountain living but we're less than 2 miles from shopping and restaurants. It's the best of both worlds! And, we have a pool, a gym, and 2 nature trails right in our "back yard"!"

"The grounds was nice, a lot of us residents walked around every day. Super safe. Clean and lots of nature. Maintenance was constantly on the move from upgrading new pool umbrellas to cleaning the grounds, they work - there’s not any waiting days to get something fixed. There was always someone available to talk to at the front office. I had to move away for work but I miss it, the location was perfect and the pool and the whole vibe of everyone who lived there. Only thing I would’ve changed is I wish I would’ve gotten one of the units that had a balcony."

"Ansley is a great apartment complex. It is in a great location, just off the parkway in South Asheville. We were in a crunch to move quickly during the holidays, and I was looking for something available. Thankfully, Ansley had everything we needed (including a garage) for a quick move-in. There were no crazy fees, no jumping through hoops, and it was quick and easy to have a nice place. The amenities are great, too, including the pool and playground for littles. Extremely dog friendly, which was very important to us. Our view is beautiful. The maintenance team is beyond amazing."
