"On Burton Hills: I’ll start with the cons, ranked in order. Cons: Noise- You think you love the vinyl flooring, and it is great until the family above you has several children that run and beat on their floor/your ceiling from 5-8 and a baby walker that scrapes the ceiling all day long. Management will preach courtesy but that must be on all sides. The bedrooms are carpeted and seem like a more courteous choice than the vinyl floor in the living room. If you can get a top-floor apartment, or you win the courteous neighbors lottery, this issue is a non-issue. Guest Parking- We think it’s behind the Bojangles dumpsters. There are several derelict vehicles(broken windows, flat tires) that have been present for months, taking up valuable guest parking assuming that is where the parking is. Dog excrement receptacles- The receptacle are almost always full. There are only two on the top level and one of those is in the dog park. If you made it this far, here are the things I feel are pros. Pros: The complex has a few fairs and guest food trucks. I like the area and the complex is visually appealing. Lots of walkable stores and food. They use parcel pending, basically a package holding service. The staff were pleasant to work with during leasing. They salt the complex well"

"Moving to NC was a huge stressful decision, I had to decide on this apartment site unseen. I had a million questions and needed quite a bit of help to make a long haul move, but Nick went above and beyond the call of duty. I know I am a type A pain but he never made me feel that way. His response time was impressive and he made me feel safe and confident about my choices. I also feel he picked the perfect spot for me by understanding what I was looking for. He is super personable, like an instant friend and I don't think I would have chosen this place if it wasn't for him. After moving in I had maintenance in a few times for weather related instances, Bill and Andy are so great! The accommodate my work from home schedule and have been on top of every need. They are both really kind and knowledgeable from appliances to structural, they were able to get me fixed in no time. Bill always checks on his visits if there is anything else he can help with and even took my trash down for me when he saw it by the door. I'm on the second floor so that was really kind of him! I get the feel they really care about this property and Andy even gave me some restaurant suggestions since I was new to the area. I know he wanted me to feel at home. It's nice to know they are close by. All these apartments inAsheville may look the same, have the same amenities but the make or break to where you are living is the people. Without Nick I would have never moved in. Having Bill and Andy here I know that I'll never have to worry about the safety and comfort of my apartment home. Thanks so much you three!"

"I moved here blindly from Georgia using only the photos from the website and guidance from the office staff. From the beginning, this has been the most amazing experience. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. Recently, my glass top stove had shattered, at no fault to the complex, and maintenance came within a day to replace it. This was amazing especially considering this happened on Christmas Day. They replaced my stove in record time and were happy to answer any questions we had. I appreciated this so much and they were great! From living at 4 different complexes before this, this is by far the best experience I have had yet!"

From the moment I inquired about the community, they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and provide me with all the information I needed. Even after I moved in, they continued to be incredibly helpful. Whenever I had an issue, they were quick to address it and always made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. "Have been here for a year and half. I can’t say enough about the friendly, prompt customer service. The manager Jacob has always been responsive and knowledgeable. Maintenance crew, Tyler and Andy, very friendly and respectful when coming into apartment. All issues have been fixed efficiently and within a timely manner. Kids can play freely as it is very safe. Grounds are always clean and well kept. Would recommend."
