"First, I would like to start with the overall cleanliness of the community. The stairwells are gross and never kept up, other residents do not pick up after their pets and this is not regulated. One time there was a smushed sandwhich on the stairwell for a week, with bugs all over. Another time there was a carpenter ants coming through the walls. I complained many times about marijuana smoke from up or downstairs neighbors that got so bad it came through the vents into my apartment, which they never did anything about and just said soon they are moving out (which was over a month.) They do not return phone calls whatsoever. The gym is very outdated, two of the treadmills havent worked for months. Do not let their images fool you, everything is very old and cheaply made. The dishwasher backs up with water, and has mold. They will come and clean it, but are too cheap to replace, and the dishes are always wet, so I have stopped using it completely in general. The walls are thin where I can hear my next door neighbor, and the pipes I can hear through the walls. I will definitely not be resigning and regret my 15 months here. There are much nicer complexes in the area! That are the same price for a newer, more quality apartment complex."

"This is a beautiful apartment community with excellent amenities at a great value! The staff is always eager to help with anything you need, and the maintenance team is extremely courteous and meticulous. You can't beat their oversized dog run for pups with the zoomies. Speaking of dogs, the grounds are kept well maintained and there is never any dog poo on the grass. The common areas are well-lit and inviting, so you always feel safe when walking through the community, even in these short days of winter when a lot of folks don't get home from work until after dark. Their clubhouse is always clean and well-stocked with coffee, tea, and even a gift-wrapping station. The staff here really cares about their residents. 10/10 I highly recommend this place!"
