"We shopped a couple mattress stores over the weekend and went back Monday to test out a few mattresses we were considering to replace our 25+ year old one. Roy is THE man! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clearly explained the nuances between the various mattresses we were considering. To save money on the delivery charge, we decided to have the mattress delivered to the store Wed. for us to pick up since we live less than 10 minutes from MW. Roy called today with some "news". The bad news was that the mattress would not be delivered today. The good news was that our mattress went on sale today for $100. less than it was Monday. AND, since they wanted to deliver the new mattress 2 weeks from today, Roy intervened to have it delivered to our house tomorrow instead of to the store. GRATIS!! Now that is what we call above & beyond quality customer service! We can highly recommend that you strongly consider MW for your mattress needs. You will NOT be disappointed. The delivery guys called ahead as promised and were here right on time at the front end of our 3 hour window. They were in/out in less than 5 minutes! They even took our old mattress outside and place it in our trailer for the trip to the dump. Again, terrific service! Can't wait to make "sleep happen" at our house! Sherry & Dan"
