"Well organized. Easy to find sections. Prices are decent for some things. Others are way overpriced but great stuff. Edit - I wish the cashiers would have stood up to the jerk customer next to me holding up the line. I think it's smart to have an aisle of stuff for people to shop while waiting in line, but customers should be courteous enough to let someone go by them if they're slowly browsing those aisles and there are 3 cash registers open. I had asked about going to the register, he ignored me, cashier waved me ahead, so I went. then the rude customer as he walked behind me to another register said "next time, wait your turn" in a disgruntled tone. C'mon man, grow up."
"I don't get a chance to come here much but I almost didn't recognize it today. It's even nicer than the last time I was here. The good: it's probably one of the most organized thrift stores you will ever go in. Everything has a section. The bad: there is always a line and you need to come early to get the good stuff. It's also pricy. Most things of value are priced in line with a antique mall."
"Ladies and gentlemen!!!! Dorcas is D-A-N-G-E-R-O-U-S!!!!!!! Be warned. Great therapy and much cheaper. Always a good day hangin' with my Mama thrifting at the one at the top of our list. Keep the good crew you have working there....got personality. Where Mama wanted to go for her birthday."
"Read mixed reviews here and i almost didn't go plus there was a long line to get in. That was unexpected so I went to the ReStore next door first. The line did somewhat die down after the restore visit so I decided to check it out. The place is huge and areas are well marked. There were a lot of ebay folks (or thrifters) with their phone and barcode reader checking the resale price. Probably the reason for the line. Yes, there are items that are priced higher than I'd expect but there are also items that are in the pre-rona prices. Furnitures are certainly more reasonably priced than the ones at the Restore. The vintage area is cool to go over but nothing caught my eye or that I'm willing to pay the price. I ended up grabbing some marvel comics for a dollar each and a set of spoons and forks with turtles as handles which will be gifts. I will be back but not on a Saturday."
"Absolutely the best thrift store in the area. Amazing finds every time! Keep an eye out on their website and Facebook page for the daily deals. The profits go back to helping the local community. They hold classes to benefit community members. If you donate items, you can get a tax receipt. They recently remodeled the entire store and now there are not any fitting rooms but the prices are still very low. Around $2 for shirts/pants and $1 for books, plates and glassware"
