"Came to buy a printer; no assistance available. Asked an employee up front who said he'd be there in a moment. Ten minutes later I went looking for him and he was nowhere to be found. NOBODY works at this store! It is a ghost town. Good thing I knew what printer I wanted to buy; took it to the service desk and paid."

"I usually Come to this Store location. yes I like it there. I still will come. But Office Depot may wanna hire people that can answer Customer's Questions without saying I don't KNOW'' when it comes to Gift Card use and loading money on them. Never just tell someone I dont' know. I had ask the Cashier about loading money on the gift in other ways like. i.e Debit Cards. she hurried and said she dint know. I told her I was gonna ask another employee when I was in there Friday evening 12/8/2023 Go Get someone like a Manager can Help answer question. Salisbury NC, Garner NC is Closed Permanently."

"Waited at the printer area for assistance for 15 minutes. No acknowledgment from employees. The self service printer jammed, seen 4 employees standing around talking near register asked for assistance. A make employee responds with we’re coming. Went back waited 5 more minutes while they continued to laugh and talk with each other. I just left. Horrible service! I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit this location. Worse location I’ve ever been to."
