"Arrogant entitled staff, disinterested in concept of customer service for the most part, will never buy anything again at this store location. Entirely different vibe than old Crabtree Valley store. Very few customers but half a dozen employees or more hanging out with themselves."

"I like the brand and love my new McKenzie Child’s tea kettle . My only issue is the staff. I thought the item was on sale no biggie . But apparently it was because my daughter stated the staff ridiculed me when I walked away . I never felt this way at any other store such as Arhaus which I shop frequently or west elm . Or any of the big names that I frequent .I think there is a huge misconception when we see black shoppers . Either they are browsing or maybe can’t afford the item or both . Awareness is key and pay attention to who is around you when discussing customers . We exist in all ethnicities, classes and social economic status."

"I went to Williams-Sonoma two days before Christmas in search of a large serving bowl of a type I had been unable to find at other local, and less expensive, shops. WS was as crowded as one would expect, but the staff were courteous and professional, and the store has a comprehensive selection of high-quality kitchen goods. I was particularly impressed that the cashier not only found a box to fit my purchase, but packed it securely and wrapped it beautifully even though the line for her cash register was growing by the minute."
