Reviews
"The staff are very helpful & knowledgeable. They aren't very well stocked & don't have that many options with in store purchases anymore, but that seems to be the case across the board. I feel like it's more of a company issue rather then the people running it."
"I am a disabled elderly man just doing some grocery shopping then was run down by a customer shopper employee my cart was jerked out of my hands. It was in the main aisle and the employee rushed out of the health and beauty aisle where any normal person would have stopped and looked for anyone coming. He didn’t bother to look back to see if I was hurt. A manager was walking down the aisle not acknowledging if I was injured or not. I complained to him he basically said for me to shut up and go back to my shopping. A few minutes later I heard the customer shopper who almost run me down laughing and boasting how he knocked my cart out of my hands. I complained again about his unethical speach about me and the manager heard it and ignored me and the ongoing insults toward me. Five minutes later a young woman customer shopper did the same thing crashing into my cart and rushed her cart down the aisle not saying sorry or anything. For the third time the same manager witnessed the altercation. I just went to check out because it was obvious they wanted to put me in the hospital. At checkout the manager walked by and I yelled out to him I am reporting this to corporate. He said go ahead they won’t do anything. In the parking lot I reported the incident to the customer complaint line, after calling three times before I got someone who would be interested in doing their job. I filed the complaint and requested that I be connected to the district management when was contacted. Two hours later the store’s hr person called I asked for the store manager but I want the district manager. She yelled at me that she is the best I will get and that their shoppers had the right to run down anyone they wanted because they have a time limit and hung up. No matter what phone number to walmart I called I was given bogus phone numbers and constantly lied to. They wanted to sweep it under the rug that they can willing assault any customer they want without retribution. This company is run by thugs and mob employees."
"Walmart used to be known for low prices. However, recent visits are making me feel like savings are no longer part of their business model. In fact, there many everyday items that are cheaper at that stores. I would advise doing more research and make smart decisions in the current economy where everything is going up."
"I felt like this was the best Walmart I’m the area, I was sadly mistaken. The way you did not deliver my order from the store speaks volumes in regards to how you treat paying customers. It’s sad that you can’t get help from CSA’s or Management. I even came to the store to pick up the order and was advised that I could not. You have lost a loyal customer between this store and the Raleigh store. It’s really sad that even you Corporate number can do nothing to assist customers either with these types of issues. You’ve proven that you’re not concerned with customer satisfaction to say the least."
"I was looking for local sports teams’ apparel. They don’t carry it anymore. They do have a two grocery stores within 3 miles of each other."
