"I purchased a Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 ($4500) from HomeFlame approximately eight weeks ago. When the grill was delivered, the delivery team immediately noticed, as did I, that there was a discoloration on the majority of the front of the grill. I told them immediately that I was not satisfied and that I was not accepting this grill. They contacted the manager, and I was asked to allow them to try to clean off what they believed was a stain. After three separate attempts with three separate service visits, they have been unsuccessful at cleaning off the defective area of the grill. I have asked multiple times for a date when they are going to deliver a new grill. They have continued to ignore my email requests and my phone calls. ***UPDATE*** the owner called me this morning - he was unaware of the issue and said he will personally look into it and that they are getting me a new grill. I’ve increased the rating to reflect this. Will update and change the rating again if/when the issue is resolved. ***UPDATE*** 6/26/2023 - Brand new grill delivered today. Perfect and fully set up. Took time to go over everything with me. Couldn’t be happier. Mistakes happen. It’s how you respond to them that matters. I would definitely buy again from HomeFlame knowing that they would help me out with any issues and stand behind their products."
