"The leasing office is very unprofessional. I was told there was no availability when I went for showing. I didn’t get an email notification of which they insist but was not willing to check. Also if the email address is incorrect they don’t even bother to update, which seems they just don’t want to rent to me as an Asian, Chinese or whatever. By looking at the review I’m not the only one that feels this way. I also called in and left a voice mail right before the appointment but they did not even try to call to inform me. There are so many much nicer apartments around and I’m surprised that this one takes so much proud in itself."

"I’ve been living here for a year. Really love this building. It has relatively lower rent than other buildings in LIC area since it is built in 2015. Leasing office staffs are very efficient, got the lease done in two days. Friendly staffs. Very fast response to repairing requests. Strongly recommend."

"The staff at the leasing office are extremely rude and unprofessional, they made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment I entered. They seemed to have little interest in interacting with me and it was like they were doing me a favor by even speaking with me. I felt rushed out of the premises and completely disregarded. Also the building is no match to any of the nearby LIC buildings."

"Lived here for a year and it’s been amazing. The front desk and maintenance people are responsive and genuinely nice. I rented a studio and the size is descent with laundry in unit, and economical AC/heat. And moving out was smooth and received the deposit without hassle. Couldn’t recommend more!"

The building has tons of amenities that are already included in your rent and amazing views. QLIC front desk/mail room/maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. They maintain the building very well and keep it sparkling clean. We are finishing our first lease and can’t be happier with our choice."
