"No heat or hot water for 2 weeks. When you call the office you get a 24 hour hotline and they say I’m putting a ticket in someone from maintenance will contact you and they never do. When you finally get someone from the office they are telling us the heat and hot water is on. But still nobody comes to check. How can you tell us it’s on when the entire building is calling because it’s not working."

"This place is beyond the worst. People living here and around are rude and out of control. The people working for the building are horrible and rude. Takes them months to “fix” stuff, which turns out to be never fixed at all. It just get worst. There is no real life security protection. Very unprofessional with no customer service at all."

There are so many crackheads, dope fiends, drug users & dealers, alcoholics, street crews, and everything else in between at Diego, it's mind boggling. Not the place to be. It has a very high moving rate, because people are always leaving Diego. Do not move here."
