Noonan Towers

"Was wondering if I can schedule a tour of the building -- specifically for the 2 bed 2 bath space avail? It looks like there isn't a +selfguided tour badge on the website and I haven't received an email from anyone yet. I've inquired via Zillow and Trulia and have received multiple emails from the virtual leasing assistant Elise -- but nothing specifying the ability to view the 2 bed 2 bath on 939 Woodycrest Avenue. Would love to hear back from someone -- my partner and I love the pics. Thx!"

"Building recently renovated, apartments are all equipped with new appliances, flooring, bathrooms. Rent is very high for studios but I'm adding they are beautiful...Also entry way of lobby is gorgeous"

"I live in the neighborhood and walk by Noonan Towers often. The renovation is beautiful. It is great that Goldfarb has restored this building to it's former glory. The new lobby is beautiful. I wish all of the landlords in the neighborhood invested in their properties like Goldfarb."

"Fast leasing process, but once I moved in I discovered the building has incredibly thin walls. Neighbors can be heard yelling or even just walking around quiet clearly and annoyingly, and those with dogs are obnoxiously heard as well. There was a big problem with people doing drugs by the basement laundry room too. Aside from cameras in the lobby there is no security system in place throughout the building. People tend to smoke and just hang out by the stairways at odd hours. The building management is not accommodating if you want to try to transfer to another apt within their network, you have to complete your current lease even if you want to upgrade to a bigger apt. They have decent turn around time for repairs, using an online ticketing system for requests. Some pluses are it's located near a nice park, the laundry room is always accessible, relatively cheap rent and near transportation."
