Pistilli Grand Manor

"I lived in this building for two years (2021-2023) and had an excellent experience. The units are very spacious with high ceilings and huge windows letting in plenty of natural light. The building is kept very clean and have friendly doormen who check in all your packages and help in other ways. Either side of the building has plenty of free street parking which is never a challenge finding a spot. You can also pay for a spot in the building lot if you wish to. The fitness center has everything you need and is usually empty which is nice. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacy, and the N & W Subway lines. This building may cost a little more than some other options in the area but it is well worth it for the high quality living space you will have."

"My husband and I lived here several years ago (2010-2013) until we moved to Cali. Such fond memories. Mike, Mark, Robbi, and others were so nice and accommodating. No issues what so ever. Super clean, beautiful building. Moved out without incident and got full deposit back. Thanks again Pistilli crew!"

"Been living here almost 3 years now. Ownership (specifically Mike Pistilli) has been prompt and courteous in responding to us. Additionally, the super, Mark, has been very helpful and timely in completely any requests. The doormen are very helpful as well. The building is kept clean and everyone seems respectful in the building. Haven’t dealt with any loud neighbors. The building is in a convenient location with everything you need just a walk away. Additionally, parking is very easy in the area There is a building parking lot available for an additional fee if needed."
