"Let me start by saying I work in property management. We were set to move in on Friday, January 6th into a 2 BD 2 BTH apartment. I was hoping for some luxury status especially for the price we are paying. We found ripped vinyl, dirty space, a wood roach, and a huge hole in the hot water heater closet with mouse droppings. The property manager came out and tried to explain it had been cleaned, so either their vendor is ripping them off or did a terrible clean. Instead of holding vendors accountable, we were blamed that it wasn’t “that bad”. We felt like the apartment was not move in ready and instead of trying to accommodate us, we are still expected to pay the current rent. These apartments are not luxurious at all, except for the outrageous price. We got a better deal at our previous apartment complex and we couldn’t go back due to them being completely booked. Update: We put in our 60 Day Notice to Vacate in November to vacate by the end of January. We have been out since the beginning of the month and now they are trying to charge us rent for February. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!"
"***DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE*** Way more cons than pros. The parking here is horrible. If you come home after 9p, you will have to park 40-50 spots away from your apt. The water bill is combined with the apt building so if I were to leave town for a month I still have to pitch in money with the rest of the other units. Of course they don’t tell you that before you sign the lease. Half of the building lights are out so at night it feels very unsafe walking to and from your apartment. Can’t blame maintenance because they’re only being told what to do by the leasing office. I also find a roach crawling on the walls at least once a month. I have pictures. I rather live in an income restricted apt complex than to live here in this “luxury” complex. Please people, look elsewhere. ***Trust this review*** and just last week my car got broken into (1-17-2024) along with 10 other cars in the same area I told the leasing office that the building lights need to be replaced. Lights are still out. This place is horrible."
"This is the worst living experience I have encountered as a renter. The office NEVER answers the phone. They are NEVER in the office when you go in person. Our AC was broke majority of the summer. Maintenance JUST fixed it now it’s fall. The ceiling is leaking water every single time it rains. We were told an entire month ago the roofer will have to come out. Guess what, no one has shown up. We have a newborn and it is extremely unsafe cause we don’t know if mold is in the ceiling or not. I don’t fault maintenance mainly because they are allowed to do for so much because the leasing office is trash. You pay all this money to live here in “luxury” but it’s far from that. Trash is everywhere that attracts bugs. Our apartment was dirty when we moved in. We told the leasing office & the lady did not give a damn. Best believe I am contacting someone regarding this ceiling because I do not want my baby to be sick because of the apartments lack of care. Save your time & your money."
"I moved here prior to new management and I didn’t have a good experience with the office and getting answers to serious questions about my water bill and getting a replacement dishwasher but however since the new manager Jamar took over it is a completely different experience I got my dishwasher and answers to my concerns I felt like he actually cared. The maintenance guys have never been an issue for me they are always prompt polite and get the job done. The reviews that are older than three months take them with a grain of salt because this place has done a complete 360 and I am a happy tenant now. And for the price and the area you really can’t beat it."
"Do not apply here you will regret it. Trash literally everywhere, regardless of what your rent is add an additional 200 to it monthly to accommodate all the additional fees they charge every month. They charge you for the amenities which aren’t available or don’t work half the time. Management are non responsive. The hardwood floors are not wood at all. You have to rent washers and dryers. The outside of your doors are filled with bugs but you pay pest control fees every month. End of my lease they tried to increase my rent 23% to renew i was already planning to move but that is a ridiculous increase. Parking is terrible there are not enough spots and if you have a parking pass on your windshield and park in visitors parking you can get towed and you will be responsible for the cost of getting it out. Upon getting approved to move to my next place they requested proof of residence from this place and three weeks later never got it was only given excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t send it luckily the place went ahead and approved me without it. Do not be fooled by appearances this place is not the place to rent from super overpriced, nothing luxurious at all and terrible management."
