"The room was filthy and smelled like mold and cat urine. Disgusting even for the price. Only stayed the night because it was late by the time we checked in and we had already paid online prior to checking in"

"I like to find the mom and pop shop type motels. Partly for the experience and as a small business owner to support them. Well this is just an old run down motel in need of a good upgrade. There was mold by the tub, the bathroom door is coming apart and the entrance door needs help. It's missing the security chain and the lock was hard to operate. It wasn't clean. The shower curtain had dirt on it. By the trash can the wall had shattered of something on it and the floor needed a good cleaning. Price was cheap at $60.00 plus tax. So don't expect much. On the plus side the a/c worked good. The beds were good and the shower was hot."

"Worst hotel ever paid and left, not safe full of people on drugs and drunk, seringue all over the yard blood on the bed not clean foot steps on pillow. Cackroach in the room. I ask the front desk for refund and showed him the pictures he turn his back and screamed NO REFUND AVOID ATT ALL COST DANGEROUS HOTEL."

"Stayed here one night with my wife because my band was playing a show in Chesapeake and we didn't want to make the 3 and a half hour drive back home late at night. We booked in advanced online and chose this motel because it was the cheapest place in the area. When we first checked in I was a bit nervous because it does look somewhat run down on the outside and is right next to a truck stop off the interstate in an odd location. The guy at the front desk was hard to understand but wasn't rude or anything. The room was better than I expected. There were some noticeable flaws but everything was decently clean and functional. The room included plenty of toilet paper, a mini fridge, TV, wifi, AC/heat, and a microwave if I remember correctly. The room we rented was "non-smoking" but there was a faint smell of cigarettes in the walls. I read some reviews stating that the other guests were loud and blasted music. We did not experience this. All of the other guests were very quiet. There are train tracks nearby so I was woken up once or twice by that. Nothing luxurious but this motel served it's purpose and was the most economical option. I'd consider staying here again if I'm ever in the area. Overall my experience was decent."

"Stayed until my truck fixed, i don't need any comfort, just need quite environment to sleep but the man in the front desk put me in the smoking rooms, i asked why and he said that in the online it will say that non smoking rooms but our rooms are smoking rooms and he asked me to decide and i said okay i will stay for a night but i regret because i dont know what kind of smoke its, i am non smoker, it smells bad. If you are non smoker stay away!"
