"Great customer service. The guest washer broke while my wash was in the machine and they actually let me use the hotel machines to finish my laundry. Even helped me carry the wet load of laundry to the machine! I’ve never been treated quite so well by a hotel! Rooms are spacious and very clean too. All and all I would stay here every time I’m in town"
"Great staff, clean rooms, pool was good temperature. The GM was very nice and the lady at the front desk was nice. WiFi is very good. Hooked up my PlayStation and got a victory with the boys with little lag. Overall a great stay, good pool, yummy breakfast."
"Update 1: Well Tom M, still no hot water and adding charges that are false and a lie! By your own staffs admission they did not even go onto the floor in question but yet charged a fee. Waiting now for a return call from the manager, supposedly. We will be filing a complaint with Corporate and the BBB. Stayed one night. All I wanted was a nice hot shower and sleep. I got sleep... The hot water, not so much. My coffee pot brews hotter water than that in the shower with no cold on."
"Very bad experience. We (my wife and 12 month old son) checked in around 9:30 pm on a Saturday. There was only one person working the desk. Luckily, check-in wasn't too bad since we already had a reservation and I'm a longtime IHG member. As soon as we got to our room and opened the door; the room had a very strong cigarette smoke odor. We went back downstairs and asked if we can get another room due to the smoke odor. The person working the front desk, accommodated and gave us the room immediately below the initial one. As soon, as we walked in; that room, too, had a very strong cigarette smoke odor. We then went back down and complained and asked if we can get a different room that is not directly adjacent to those rooms. He looked in the system and unfortunately there were no rooms left. He offered to give us spray to help remove the odor. I declined due to health concerns it may cause especially with a baby, and asked for a refund as we will find another place to stay. He called his manager and it was approved. I asked for a receipt and at first he didn't want to give me one, but eventually he printed 2 copies for me. Here's the kicker. As we were in the lobby looking for another hotel we noticed the line was very long. There were kids who came from the pool and asked the front desk worker if they can get 2 more towels as they were dripping. He told them to wait. They waited for about 5-7 minutes as he was still working another issue. And then, there was another guest who was very angry and complained and yelled about bed bugs and kept asking the front desk worker to cancel the remainder of her reservation and ask for a printed receipt but the worker refused to give her one. The other guests in line asked the guy why he couldn't just print off a receipt for her and he just refused to do so. There was a lot of yelling and curse words, and my baby son was watching and listening while we were booking another hotel. One couple came up to us asked us why we were leaving and we told them why and I believe they eventually followed suit. It was just a bad experience and it being pretty late on a Saturday night didn't help as we just wanted to get rest."
"Desk staff was not courteous or helpful when checking in. Couldn’t look up my priority club # and said barely 2 words through the whole process that took way too long. He definitely seemed more concerned with his personal cell phone than helping us. The room was nice, roomy and seemed clean. The bath towels were very small and they only put 2 in the room. Breakfast was not up to usual IHG standards and ended at 9:00 we were lucky to grab a couple of oranges before things were put away. Also, when I googled hotels in the area it came up with a price of $116 a night. We were given a price of $158 at the desk. When I questioned it he said they don’t honor the online price but I could book online if I wanted to. Overall it was not what I am used to from IHG and I will not be back."
