"Could have been so much better. For an executive suite it was suitable but not extraordinary, I’m used to booking Marriott properties for work travel but desired a soaking or jetted tub in room. This was one of two only options in the area for in room jetted tubs and neither were Marriott quality. We booked direct and upon arrival the lobby was clean and spacious. We were provided with 4 sofa sized pillows (12”x12” or less) for two adults in the bed, asked for four more was given two regular pillows. Are we rationing pillows now?? No extra linens or pillows for pullout couch were included in the room. Window was open and unlocked when we first entered the room. Panel on front of jetted tub was hanging off and stained. The plastic button by the jet setting was stained and coming off. We bought soft scrub and scrubbed the tub and shower and sink counter top before using because it did not appear clean for our liking. The bed was firm but the lack of any decent pillows really affected my two nights sleep. Additionally there was some type of machine or furnace behind the bedroom wall which the bed was right up against, it was so hard to sleep due to the constant noise. There was also a strange dirty looking line up the middle of the mirror in the bedroom. Definitely a lackluster experience."

"Typical of Wyndham properties it is cheaply appointed, but they have sprayed some kind of air freshener and it is hard to breathe. The smell is cloying and chemical. My eyes are burning as well as my nose and throat."

"Had a very pleasant stay here. We were travelling from Canada to Virginia beach for vacation and this place was hidden gem just 20mins from Beach itself. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was on site pool and hot tub. My kids had blast. Breakfast was another plus. Good balanced menu. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and they were very patient with my kids running around. Thank you guys for making our trip memorable. Good wishes from Canada."

"We had our family reunion here and it was awesome breakfast was on point with the turkey breakfast meat. I was so happy. I arrive really early for check in and they got me in early which I appreciated so much. Tom the manager was very attentive to our needs along with all the staff. Thank you so much.
