"I stayed from 1/13-1/14 in King Room smoking. Let me start by saying the staff was so pleasant and nice! I wasn’t happy with the room for the following reasons: I had a King sized bed with 3 what seemed like mini pillows The blanket was paper thin The shower/tub was the worst part of the room! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The shower/tub definitely needs a make over! Until that happens I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"I really don't understand how this one is priced higher than some of the other ones. It need renovations the bathtub is chipping the covers have burnt holes all over."

"The rooms could use some work in the bathrooms but other then that rooms are great, housekeeping is really nice, however the front desk is a polar opposite, the gentlemen are rude. I was homeless getting assistance from a church and even the church opted to find a different hotel for the following day."

"I spent a lot of money to stay at a sub par hotel. $140 and this place is gross. Stains on the carpet, yellow sheets, the bathroom is disgusting. I’ve paid less to stay at 4 star hotels in South Beach. I’m flabbergasted and perplexed as to how this business model works. The hotel is not in a good area at all. Vestibules smell like pee and crack heads fighting in the streets."

"Stayed night of July 29, 2023 thru the 30th Pros: The outside looked as expected, parking lot was clean and free of loiterers. It was less than 10 minutes from my boyfriend’s family house. That’s were it ends after that it went down hill. Cons: As soon as we walked in the room you got the strong smell of mildew. The carpet was red but you could visibly see stains. I was scared to take my shoes off so I did not. The bed linens appeared clean but you could see cigarette burns. I did a thorough check to make sure they were indeed clean. Now the bathroom! The toilet was clean and that is all. The tub/shower was horrible. The tub and shower definitely needed to be resealed. It was moldy and chipped everywhere you turned. It was disgusting. Luckily I had brought us towels so we used the hotel towels to put in the tub just to stand in while we took the quickest shower ever! I felt unclean the entire overnight stay. We checked out as soon as we got up the next morning. Never again. The health department needs to be called this place is disgusting."
