"Mediocre motel, nothing special but I will say that it's more affordable than many of the other similar motels around here. The room was clean but there are no amenities; must go downstairs to the front desk to request items such as dinnerware, toiletries, etc. The land-line phones are only for decoration -- they have no power. Kinda weird to be honest. Many things are outdated such as the 2-burner stove and the rooms are temperature controlled by heating/cooling window units, not central air like you'd expect (very disheartening). The single elevator was more rickety than one you'd see in a horror flick (most don't use it and take the stairs, way to go encouraging exercise, ESA!). It offers cable TV and 4G wifi (another outdated thing). The best attribute about this establishment is the location. You're smack-dab in the middle of EVERYTHING! Convenience is nice."
"I honestly don't even feel comfortable being here it's roaches & not one or two either. They were in the bathroom (inside the tub with hair as well as outside of the tub) on the dish towel, TV stand, just every where. (photos included) The front desk person was nice but for my first room to have a heavy mildew smell then my second room being infested with roaches I'm just good on this place altogether. Please do not waste your money unless u absolutely have to"
"I used to really like this hotel. I stayed here a year ago and I though it was great. It is very affordable. But my most recent stay was awful. I checked in hoping to get a first floor room because I have a small child and it is just better for children to be on the first floor so no one else is disturbed. Anyway they said they didn't have any but that's fine. But then I saw that the elevator was broken and they only had 3rd floor rooms. I would have cancelled right then but it was too late to find another room since it was late in the evening. I should have left the next day. So I had to haul my stuff and my son's stuff up three flights of stairs and down two long hallways. I stayed for a couple days until yesterday I had my two heavy laundry bags and I was using the side door to go in and out. They only want you to exit the door but some people prop it open to get back in. Well I did that because the side door is closer to my room even though I still had to haul my heavy laundry bags up three flights of stairs. I came out this morning and there was a sign that says if you prop the door open you will be asked to leave so that was it for me. You can't even use the side door to make your walk shorter since the elevator is not working. They can at least wait until the elevator is fixed to enforce this ruled. But the elevator is not even being worked on . They do not seem to be in any hurry to fix it and get it running. I am really disappointed in the hotel. I checked out this morning I was originally supposed to stay there until the 13 of November. I have stayed at other hotels where you use your key card to come in and out of the side doors. I do not understand what the big deal is with that. But to tell people you will ask them to leave like you are causing harm is crazy. Don't worry you won't have to ask me to leave."
"I first want to say I had a wonderful experience here at the Extended Stay America. As I’m coming from out of town I was nervous and not sure about it at first. The staff was Incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I felt very safe! It was very nice and clean. I would definitely come back. One In particular was an employee Umfort. He acknowledged me upon arrival and was very friendly. He made me feel at home and I was able to relax! I could not be happier with my choice and I highly recommend!"
"My friends came from out of town to work 4 two weeks. Just to be placed in this sketchy hotel. There are no utensils downstairs. Nobody to change out the towels. The rooms were just eww. And the beds were on metal box springs. Like the red roof hotel is more suitable than this. I was disgusted personally. Pets all over the place and noisy people at 5am."
