"After living here for two years I can say that this complex has really spiraled downhill. Rent kept going up while no improvements were made. If you live on the 3rd floor your apartment will be scorching hot in the summer due to inadequate HVAC. People don’t pick up after their dogs. Trash is constantly overflowing the dumpsters. When you vacate the apartment they will wait until 45 days after you leave and then charge you for a whole new carpet. Avoid this complex and find somewhere better."
