Reviews
"This complex has slipped immensely over the last few years. The management team is less than responsive and the complex is constantly dirty. Maintenance requests go unanswered or excuses away. Trash issues are constant. The only positive is the insides of the apartments are nice if you can navigate past the trash, bugs, and dirt. This complex could be very nice if the management team was more engaged."
"I wish I could give this property no stars. The leasing team are the worst. Communication is the absolute worst. I completed an application and was approved but changed my mind because the reviews and the actual experience with the leasing team shows why I don't want to move here. But when i called and emailed about having my application cancelled and a refund issued I have yet to hear anything back. They can worry you to death about moving here but disappear when its time to refund your money. Bad business. Defiantly wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy."
"TOUR THE GROUNDS BEFORE COMMITTING TO ANYTHING! When I viewed the model , a dead waterbug greeted me on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The grounds looked dingy and unkept, pool area dirty and condemned, and random people walking through the neighborhood. HUGE difference from when I lived there when this complex first opened years ago. I had an appointment set for 1:30, got there and the office was closed. No call or nothing. Came back an hour later on faith. Glad I checked everything out before going with my recollections of how the property USED to be smh...very disappointing. The search continues !"
"We had a tour today. We just moved from Tx and was excited to see this property. We quick change our minds when the person at the front desk "Z" was rude, unprofessional and seemed like she did not want to be at work. If you're going to be in a customer service position it would be nice if you're welcoming to potential resdients. I would never give my money to a company that has a rude person as the face of their property."
"Had an appointment at 10:30am today to view an apartment. I received texts to confirm it and showed up at 10:30 exactly. The door was locked so I called the number on the sign out front. Nobody answered the phone. I waited five minutes but nobody showed up. I called again a few times with no answer. There are other reviews of this same thing happening to other potential residents. Also upon arrival one of the pillars in the front of the leasing office looked as if it was breaking in the middle of it. For a "luxury" apartment, it looked like they were falling apart from my first view. I am so glad no person answered. It saves me a year or more of horrid service. I do not recommend The Pillars at Great Bridge."
