"I’ve been to several other CVS pharmacies and had the run around, delayed response and made to feel I was inconveniencing them. I have never been treated like that at this pharmacy. They are right on it! Greetings are always pleasant! It is worth traveling from Manassas Park to Fairlakes CVS. The distance is about 7 miles as oppose to 1.8 miles in Manassas Park. I am never told that they don’t have it in stock plus they will text me and call me when it is ready for pick up!! They are AWESOME!"

"I have been coming here for years, but ever since the new Pharmacist came on board, they never have my prescriptions in stock. Every month they have to order it and it takes an additional 4/5 days. The last fiasco, I speak to the pharmacist on Tuesday so that he knows that I am waiting for this prescription and he tells me to come back on Thursday for it to be filled. Now it is Thursday and the same gentleman is telling me that they have to order it and it won't come in until Tuesday due to the Labor Day Holiday. Supply Chain Management 101 people... The previous team never had these issues. I will be changing pharmacies as soon as I can."

"Best experience ever. I walked in to get my prescription. I was told it was hold ok I can wait a few minutes. I was the. Told it was going to come to 100 dollars. I got this prescription before but I left and walked about target. It was a depressing walk around target. After 15 minutes I come to pick them up. The lady tells me (she has reddish hair and glasses, I forgot her name but she's the best) the prescription is in tablets not capsules so it's super expensive. Now I usually get capsules so she changes it and saves me 90 dollars. I almost cried. Thank you CVS pharmacist."
