"Terrible Experience last night. Asked to use their restroom. The lady at the register said they don't have a restroom, clearly not the case. Asked a second person who all but ran away from me so I asked the people in the pharmacy department. Both the Asian Lady and White Male (Top/main people) said restrooms are for their employees only. The Male employee was Rude and Arrogant. I will NEVER come back. I am confident that this has to do with homeless issues in this area of Fairfax. This has effected my businesses as well however there is a right and wrong way to address this. Treating your regular, paying customers (by the way, this was my exclusive pharmacy prior to yesterday) so badly is NOT the answer."
"Went in for passport photos for the kids. Young man behind the counter in a white sweatshirt was very friendly and nice! I’m sorry I forgot his name. He was good with my kids and knew exactly what to do. I was in and out quickly and I left in a better mood than I came in. He’s a great employee!"
