"I have been using the 10320 Main St. Walgreens location since it was converted from a grocery store in 06-07. I have never had a problem with the store itself and this review goes specifically to the pharmacy. There have been many excellent pharmacists over the years, Dwayne in fact became a good friend and would have prescriptions waiting before I called or texted to fill them. THAT is building healthy relationships, customer base and positive advertising....a model of success. As of 3/2022 I have transferred all 7 of my prescriptions out of Walgreens because they not only weren't getting filled on time, the pharmacist wasn't ordering and I would go several days without the prescriptions, including a 6 consecutive day period in Feb 2022 where the pharmacist didn't show up at all. She was also terrible at hiring. Let's call her N. N is a nasty, nasty 20 something that knows nothing about the business. She is quick tempered, abusive and quick to berate you, argue with you or simply lie. 2 months of complaining (even to corporate) and NOTHING changed...so I changed pharmacies. Will tell you...Lily at Willard Way CVS is NOT BETTER. There is however 1 awesome pharmacy in Fairfax and it is NOT a chain. You don't have to be pushed to a heart attack once a month trying to simply get the meds you need to live. I am not going to mention the name, I gave enough hints and don't want to see it get ruined too. Sickens me that it is not enough that I give pharmacies my $$$ but, I have to solve the companies problems for them as well. You will get no help from Walgreens or CVS corporate I promise you. They won't even offer solutions, just offer to pass the collected info to "senior leadership". As if that helps you get a prescription filled"
"They are never ready with the prescription and always make you wait. I’ve never interacted with a friendly person there either. All seem to be miserable people. If you you need prescriptions filled, you will be happy you went somewhere else!"
"Not thrilled with the pharmacy at all. I would rate it a 1. The general merchandise is good when in a pinch and that's the only reason for a higher rating."
