"Absolute worst service !!! I waited on hold for the pharmacist for over 20 minutes listening to that annoying recording and finally gave up. Has happened several times now. One time after 20 minutes someone answered, i asked my simple question and she said let me get someone to help you !!! Another 10 min and I hung up !!! Horrific pharmacy service !!! Must be a bad joke !"
"I wish I could give zero stars. This pharmacy has been nothing but trouble. I've called multiple times today and put on hold then hung up on. Finally after 3 hours I got a hold of someone. The pharmacist was very rude. Didn't want to listen to me. Cut me off multiple times and told me I was wrong. I will not be using this pharmacy ever again!"
"Calling the pharmacy directly is now a VERY frustrating process. I've been on hold for OVER 30 minutes and I NEVER reach someone, even though "there's one caller ahead of you." Then, the recording switches to "the staff is answering other calls" -- no indication that I'm the next caller, or the current caller. I'm switching to another pharmacy because of this major technical bug. Customers need to be able to reach the pharmacists in a timely manner on a phone system that actually works, especially when call volume is increased due to boosters and vaccines needed, in addition to prescriptions. I used to love everything about this pharmacy, but until they fix their phones, I'm giving up on them for now."
"Overall - I got my medicine. Issues were plenty though. Called in the prescription, it wasn’t ready for a long period of time… Arrived to very poor customer service at the window. Never really experienced such nastiness from a pharmacy employee. Swapped my pharmacy right after I left. I do not recommend. Many other choices in the area - AVOID this one."
"Place was very clean. Pharmacists are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. This location also has a huge selection for other goods than I think you typically see in most Walgreens or pharmacy type stores. I got some protein bars, shampoo, hairspray, some body lotions, some medicines and 5 copies of photos. They have special deals for members. We can Order photos online and pick up the same day. Rewards for members, Every dollar you spend you will get 1000 points. The maximum redemption per eligible transaction will be 5000 points ($5 reward)."
