"I've been living at Wellington for about 7 months now and I can honestly say it's been one of the best experiences I've had with renting. The maintenance team is quick to respond and are incredibly friendly. I know my building is full of other families, but I rarely hear anyone else through the walls - it's a very quiet community overall. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool during the summer due to our busy schedule, but my son has been enjoying the playground recently. Christine in the front office has been a tremendous help from day one and never fails to have a positive attitude. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to enjoy quiet living and solid proximity to the rest of Hampton Roads."

"Definitely NOT a wonderful place to live. This past year alone we have had issues with our dishwasher, mold in our bathroom, and now our toilet ( in connection with our neighbors) is broken. All of these issues have had several visits ( each promising to have the problem resolved). The dishwasher alone was battled for a good two months before they replaced it and the toilet in our 2bed 1 bath has been acting up for about a week. I would not recommend moving here."

She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She stayed in contact with the whole time. When she says she going to get it done she definitely will. The planters and greenery are gorgeous. The employees were very friendly and attentive. Penny in the office showed me the apartments and was very patient and informative."
