"Air conditioner wasn't working in the first room but they came promptly to check out the problem and put us in another room right away good breakfast and good staff they were very thorough and attentive."

"LOVED it. The housekeeping staff in particular was amazing. Loved the breakfast options, and the front desk staff were super thoughtful and accommodated me in a lower floor room, plus near an exit for my mom to be able to access! Thank you for such an awesome experience. We will be returning!"

"When paying almost $150/night, you would expect hotel experience rather than motel conditions. My room was FILTHY. Moldy shower/tub. Trash behind the bathroom floor so it was obvious that the floor wasn’t swept/mopped. Nasty pubic hair found on the toilet. Management needs to check behind those who “cleans” the room. Hampton Inn is ALWAYS my go to when traveling out of town. This one is old and needs to be updated. The outside of the establishment was welcoming. It was just that upon entering the room the shock hits you."

"Mostly everything was excellent about this place. It was in a safe area, had good shopping and food nearby. A decent workout room and pool, and in house laundry machines to wash your clothes. Unfortunately I was there for work, and I needed to use internet for many things and this simply was not functional. For no reason it would just drop or not connect or make you reconnect. I had to go down the street to a Starbucks to get my work done. After speaking with the staff they offered to reset it multiple times which didn't fix anything. Overall a great place to stay if you dont need internet, unfortunately I did."

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good, even if the selection was more limited than other brands. Hotel is definitely dated although has gotten a few updates to the rooms. Sparse lighting in the rooms but those that do exist are 1000 watt LED so prepare for living on the sun or complete darkness. One elevator always stops on 4 first regardless of the only button pushed was 2 or 3. 100% repeatable so not a one-time fluke. Other elevator is fine. Had fresh cookies out once but never again. Enjoyed the always out coffee station."
