"My daughter and I stayed here for a little over 3 months and we had a great experience. We met some of the most loving & kind people we’ve ever met and we will miss them dearly (including the staff) Michelle runs a tight ship and her priority is guest safety so u will feel safe! Erica that does housekeeping is amazing at what she does and she also has an amazingly positive energy about her that is uplifting. She’s a ray of sunshine. Then there’s Ms. Jackie whom was always a pleasure to be around as well. Last but not least there’s Kenny, the Jack of all trades, the muscles behind the operation. Everyone here was always very kind and helpful as well as understanding. I’m really going to miss this place but I will always have the memories of a time in my life that I will never forget. "Michelle is an amazing manager. She and her team do a great job of providing clean, well kept rooms, and a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for everyone. The location is close to stores and bus shops making it incredibly convenient."

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean at arrival, and I felt it was a safe location. However there are some things that should be addressed. Housekeeping - Housekeeping was honestly non existent for my 3 weeks there. A lady from housekeeping showed up my 2nd week asking if I needed new trash bags and that was it. I wound up having to wash my own bedsheets because of this because you are told the only way to get new bedding is from housekeeping. Also worth mentioning that while they seemingly vacuumed the hallway every morning at 9 am sharp, I don't think the room had been vacuumed in a while. Within hours of being in the room, my socks and shoes were covered in black dirt from the floors. Also despite being woken up one morning at 8:30 for maintenance to have Orkin come in and do one quick spray beside the Fridge, there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom sink area. Accessibility - Unlike most extended stay hotels that have an elevator in the middle and stairs at both ends, this hotel has an elevator at one end and stairs at the other. With the majority of parking spaces being at the end with the stairs, it can lead to some long walks. I heard the phrase "Green Mile" from several guests having to make the long walk down hallways. Also worth mentioning that while their is laundry on site, the laundry room closes at 10 each night. However the biggest red flag from staying there was I was originally charged an additional 900 bucks on top of the 1,100 for the room. When I approached the front desk, it wasn't a double charge but literally explained as "oops. I had a blonde moment. typed in the wrong amount" so definitely check out your receipt upon check-in to make sure you weren't charged more than expected because I wound up having to borrow money from a friend until the bank deposited the "refund". I do worry how many other people suffered similar fates but didn't check the receipt because they trusted the hotel. I will say as far as other nearby extended stay type hotels or even the cheaper inns, this was still nicer, quieter, and safer than other options in the area for the price point but be aware of the things listed."
