"The room has not been updated. The deadbolt struck the jamb instead of engaging the lock, so we changed rooms, which wasn't hard since the place was nearly empty. They advertise a breakfast, but all they offered was lousy coffee, and you had to be buzzed into the lobby to even get that. Too many choices in the area to ever stay in this place again."
"Smelled like smoke and weed, paint peeling off of walls, cockroaches, tears in carpet, burn holes in comforters, beds were extremely hard, pillows had no firmness, Wi-Fi continued to go out along with the television, looked like blood splatter on the shower curtain"
"The staff was very nice. It was not a hassle to cancel the reservation. We had to cancel because we booked the wrong location because we were out of town. The flexibility of canceling price was higher, but it was worth it."
"My trip was very successful. I was very happy with how friendly the staff were at the front desk. It was a very fast check in and I was out with in five minutes. I slightly did have an issue with my TV when I got there but I notified the front desk and maintenance came quick. The rooms are clean and well maintained Also, housekeeping was very helpful and nice also gave me everything I needed promptly."
"The motel itself is ok. Kinda dated and could do with some modernization. The most shocking thing was that they checked someone else into our room. These people tried to get into the door at around 23:00. Terrifying. No apology was made. If we were out somewhere, they would have had access to all of our belongings. Key cards stopped working at 9am in the morning and the woman at reception was very very very rude. Laundry service was good but only open 9am-9pm which seems strange as most people need to do their laundry overnight."
