"Helen was amazing, but overwhelmed. Lots of issues with follow up and returning calls. But, she met me on her day off to give me my keys. That I appreciated after hours of driving. The apartment is decent. Last tenant apparently broke the dryer. Can't get the "free" Xfinity to work. Nothing in the lease package explains that process. Overall, the unit was in good shape, clean, and mostly ready to go."

"Worst apartment complex I’ve lived at big spiders every where . They will fine u for every thing .. my apartment flooded 8 times since moving in. And yet to be compensated .. hidden fees everywhere wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.. charge us all this money and couldn’t even use the pool this summer .. mice and stray cats everywhere..they never answer their phone.. and don’t get a bottom or middle floor apartment u will heat the neighbors all day and night long stomping . good luck to who ever moves in"

"The apartment complex is coming along beautifully. They can still use a little work maintenance wise, but with new management I'm sure they'll get there. Sales expert Kenisha Johnson in the rental office was wonderful. She was very kind and pofessional and attentive to our problems. She does a great job."

"Maintenance that was completed is fine. Disposal was repaired, washing machine was repaired. Door is still missing interior and exterior weatherstripping and so bugs are still coming in every night. Towel rack in bathroom has not been repaired or replaced. Three requests to date; third request resolved items mentioned as complete. Communication is minimal, so impossible to know if we are waiting on materials or forgotten. 8/30/23 Update: it took four tries, but Moses came out yesterday and solved the towel rack and the weather stripping issues. No more flying, crawling bugs every night! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. Thank you, Moses."

"The staff changes monthly so nothing gets done. The rent went up $400 this year. Plus they add in about $100 new extra fees. Including an illegal mandatory Comcast cable fee $75/mo they collect each month for Comcast . They go through great lengths to hide your water bill in an additional “community fee” they added that changes every month. You never know what your rent will be. Repairs take weeks and often are improperly done. Repair requests are ignored or cancelled by them with no action or communication. I have been trying to get my front door repaired for 6months. When mine was broken this was their temporary replacement (yes it’s a backwards door). SMH . They supposedly ordered a door over 6 months ago but won’t come to fix this. I’ve written to corporate management with no reply. Went to office yesterday. They said an “outside contractor” had to come and fix it. They won’t tell me when. You can see daylight through the disrepair. The insulation around the door has dried and come off. It’s very cold and costs me money on heating."
