"Absolutely horrible. I am still fighting to recover my money from a down payment on an apartment I never moved in to. That was $2,700 that I’m still fighting for. I was supposed to get a check but never received anything. It’s been since July 4th when I made that payment, and as of this review it is October 9th. Horrible experience with the office staff as the property manager is never there. ** Update. It’s now November 06, and still haven’t received a refund."

"Where do I even start? My wife and I PCS'd here about 2 months ago and were set to move into a 2bd 2ba apartment in Riverside Station. The first red flags that I glossed over but should have noticed was how unresponsive they were when we initially submitted our applications for approval. I had to reach out several times to a phone number that was barely monitored to find out that we had been approved for our requested move in day. Fast forward about 4-5 weeks, I called the property the day prior to our scheduled move in date to confirm everything was still good, and they said they thought we were supposed to move in at the end of the week (not the next day), even though they had confirmed the move in date a month prior with me. We showed up to the leasing office on our scheduled move in day (Sep 6, 2023), paid the first month's rent, filled out a bunch of paperwork, and then go to inspect the unit. When we got into the unit, we already knew it was not the new, clean apartment that was advertised on the website. There was still dirt in many places in the unit, missing drain plugs in the sinks, mold in the kitchen light fixture, outlets with exposed wire not drilled into the wall and hanging free, rust underneath the toilets, water damage in the storage closet, torn screens, the list goes on. The worst part is that the maintenance staff kept insisting that most of this was normal and a simple fix, however rust, exposed wire, and mold in a unit that's allegedly "move-in ready" is far from normal. Because the unit wasn't close to move-in ready, we were able to break the signed lease and not move in, but the standards of the complex compared to what is advertised online is completely unacceptable. The cherry on top was the fact that they deposited the check I gave them immediately, but it took 6 WEEKS to get my refund back from them. If you're able to move somewhere else, I highly recommend you do so. The complex is not up to the standards they advertise, the leasing office staff is completely incompetent (at the time this was happening), and you can find a way nicer place to live for the same price, if not less."

"This has to be the worst staff I've ever encountered. The property manager is very uneducated on what her job is. She hides while Linda provides unnecessary commentary. I've received more from a brick wall. Your children could do a much better job. This place is sinking fast. I spoke with them when Mike and Jennifer D was around. I was completely sold by the duo. Looking to move closer to my son. Had to stay in my current location longer than expected. Never in a million years, would I think this place would have a level of unprofessional behavior. I've spoken to multiple residents who've said maintenance is a joke. The rent is prorated whenever. If you inquire about your balance, they gossip about how poor you really are. Alyssa is epitome of idiotic. This property is the epitome of, everything that looks good isn't good for you. Avoid this place and please reside wherever Michael and Jennifer landed. Seriously don't waste a cent. Not even in a bind. I wish I could give less than one star!"

"I just moved into my 2 bedroom in August. I absolutely love it. Huge bathroom which is an absolute must, large walk-in closets, large bedrooms, vaulted ceiling in the dining room. The only downside which my son says is really an upside, is I am on the 4th floor. Obviously, someone in the cosmos decided I needed more exercise. My legs are looking good!"
