Quality Inn near Potomac Mills

"Be aware this hotel is infested with roaches, rm 111, on the bed, on the wall, in the tub, just gross. A non guest got in the hotel “through the door that automatically locks” sitting under the steps with a knife scrapping a piece of tin foil with a pipe. Customer service is obviously just as bad."

"Room was clean but a little small but the bed was comfortable and housekeeping was on top of things. Everyday my room was refreshed and clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Would stay here again."

"Our stay at the Quality Inn near Potomac Mills was satisfactory. The hotel is located in a good area, close to I-95 and the Potomac Mills mall. The bed was comfortable, and the staff is attentive. However, there are some details that could be improved. The breakfast is basic, but that's understandable for a motel. However, the lack of a microwave in the breakfast area is inexcusable. This makes it difficult to heat up foods that require heating, such as milk or coffee. We also noticed a foul odor in the hallways and the door area to the parking lot. This could be due to a cleaning or because the personal use it to smoke. Overall, I think the Quality Inn near Potomac Mills is a decent place to stay, but with some needed improvements."

"Our stay was awesome. The room was nice, the people working here are friendly and helpful. It's quiet. The only annoying thing was Fox & Friends at breakfast. The demographic that attends breakfast here does not seem appreciative. One Choice hotel in Annapolis plays The Weather Channel—that may be more useful and safe."

"Room was incredibly damp with a bad smell that was difficult to ignore. The carpet was damp. The towels were damp. The sheets were damp. The bag of chips I didn't finish became damp and inedible overnight. I also noticed the box spring under the mattress was covered in hair. I only noticed this because my phone slipped behind the bed. Disgusting! I do appreciate the front desk's attempts at providing me with a different room and making my early departure an easy process. The was absolutely no way I was staying here any longer. Definitely learned my lesson on trying to save a few bucks. I rather spend more money for comfort and peace of mind."
