"Erica, and all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful during our lease. We would’ve loved to live there longer if it wasn’t for work relocation. The community was kept clean and the staff always went above and beyond to help us out when we had questions!"

"This place is overpriced for the quality you'll be receiving. "Luxury," is a reach! The apartment is decent, the quality aligns with their old pricing. The new price is ridiculous. Every time I turn around there's a fee for this and fee for that! The amenities are subpar compared to other apartment's that are similarly priced. You can't even access the amenities in the main lobby unless a leasing consultant is present. Valet trash is rarely on time, sometimes the trash isn't picked up at all. The front and back door is constantly broken, which defeats the purpose of a key fog/passcode. Anyone can walk in and out of the building. Packages are suppose to be left at your front door but of course they're always scattered in the mailroom. I've had so many packages stolen since i've lived here. Leasing never does anything about stolen packages because apparently the hallway cameras doesn't work. I'm assuming the cameras are just there for decorations. During the spring/summer there's always a gnat infestation. There's literally gnats on my ceilings, cabinets, sink and vents. Ugh, the flies are annoying as well. Leasing enforces "pest control", which is a joke because gnats are still present. The hallways look dingy, the carpets are stained, chipped paint, dimmed lighting & so on. I'm annoyed that my toilet and kitchen sink keeps messing up. The apartment's paint is cheap! It chips & gets dirty easily. Guest parking is $5 daily. Which is honestly ridiculous. Prohibited dog breeds are all over the place! I constantly see Pitbulls and German Shepards. I hate the fact that I can hear almost everything my upstairs neighbors are doing. Leasing is decent, it was better when Crystal worked here. I'm just ready for my lease to end. Honestly, I barely want to pay the rest because I don't think it's worth it. Unfortunately, I have to. I don't want to live here anymore."

"The negative reviews do not describe the new leadership and beautiful community that I've been staying in for the last year and half. 10/10 --- The leasing team, maintenance team, and the whole community have been such a welcoming and knowledgable team for resources, requests, and activities. The energy and awesome customer service from Ms. Carmen and Ms. Erika, it is super reassuring with any questions or concerns that may occur overtime. It was because of the home feeling that I receive from the staff that I live here and will stay for years to come. Stone Pointe is the definition of luxury apartment living and if you are looking for a safe, secured private community in Woodbridge -- this is the perfect place for you."

"I made an appointment for a tour for my mom. When I went there the lady that works there was the most unfriendly and rude I have ever seen. First of, why is there available appointments online and when I went she was like you gotta self tour yourself I got no one and she didn’t say it even in a way that was welcoming. She seems as she wanted me to leave. I was like okay I can understand and my mom got lost and when she got there I told her can we tour. She wasn’t doing any eye contact and ignored our presence and was like when I finish with this email I will be with you. She definitely seemed lazy and unpleasant to work with. She should NOT be the face of a rental property as she can easily make ppl feel uncomfortable to even try to tour. I left after her rude and unprofessional way and would never recommend touring or staying there. imagine staying and needing assistance and need to deal with her. I went to many properties in the area and never had an unwelcoming feeling as with her on Saturday 12/17 @ 3:30pm. If the facility care about renting our their property, they should have a person who is at least welcoming."

"We really are enjoying our time here. Carmen and the rest of the management team have been fabulous to work with as well as Jose and the maintenance team. The apartment is very nice and layout is perfect for our family. Kitchen is updated and practical. Color the apartment is painted is well suited for the space. The natural lighting is fabulous as well. We are relocating but if we weren’t we would have renewed our lease here."
