"My last stay was a bad experience. I stayed here for a total of 10 days while looking for a new home. After the first 3 days I extended my stay for another week and wanted to keep the same room. They moved me from room 315 to 325 which was a smaller room. After 2 hours of sleep I woke up with my shoulder on fire very itchy. Immediately I grabbed my phone and started peeling back the sheets and pillow cases. That's when I discovered 2 bedbugs crawling. I Immediately reported it. They did move me to another floor as requested. However I checked out on the 26th of December and I haven't been reimbursed yet for the money that paid once checking in. With all the money I've spent with this hotel recently and in the past, I feel they could've did better. I wish I could post the videos and pictures here."
"This is the absolute worst extension of customer service I have experienced from any service industry in a long time. They constantly lie, over promise, and under deliver. I booked a room for two nights, and shortly after checking in (2 hours later), I was admitted to the hospital. My hospital stay was beyond the duration of my booking, thus never affording me the opportunity to even use one night of my booking. My husband called while I was in the hospital to inform them of my misfortune, to which they agreed to refund one night. I have since called over FIVE times to confirm refund, which was verbally confirmed, yet still have no paper trail, documentation, nor has it reflected on my credit card statement. Each time I call, I’m told a different story. One representative stated they’re doing an “investigation.” What investigation? Just ask me for my admission and discharge documentation from the hospital if you’re questioning my integrity. That simple. I was promised by the absolutely incompetent and always unavailable “GM” Roxanne it was processed, yet, have no confirmation email, or paper trail. I was also told AFTER Roxanne confirmed the refund was processed, they’re still in process of an investigation, which clearly negates and totally compromises Roxanne’s integrity of actually processing the refund. I told the front desk representative tonight that you never know who someone knows, as I always try to allow people to do their jobs before I escalate and make a case. I have now escalated to corporate, as a good friend of mine works in corporate, and have opened a case with Hilton corporate. It’s unfortunate upper level management representatives lack the competency and integrity to do the right thing, and instead brush people off, as though they’ll just “go away.” I work in a service oriented industry and take pride in the level of service I provide my own clientele, and I am doing this on the basis of principal, more than for the monetary aspect of the refund. Treat me like I’m stupid and irrelevant, and I’ll exemplify and escalate the consequences of your inability to treat me as such. I have been a Hilton member for years, spent thousands of dollars with Hilton, and know that Roxanne and her team do NOT represent the brand, however, do REPRESENT this location, and highly recommend, as others have conveyed in the very recent past, NOT TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION, as well as stating your experience of LACK OF REGARD FOR SERVICE led by ROXANNE. It starts at the TOP. If the GM lacks, you already know the rest trickles down from there! I am sincerely appalled at their failure to do the right thing, and the way they deflect, and try to manipulate your experience as though you have offended them in the process. Absolutely deplorable customer service."
"My family and I have visual quite a few of Home 2 hotels. This one by far is the worst we have stayed at. I never knew you can get dry WHILE taking a shower. The water pressure is EXTREMELY low that your body gets dry as you shower. You've got a better chance of having a better shower outside in the rain. The service is terrible. Our first night, I called the front desk and asked for some towels as we are q family of 6 and needed more. When I called, they asked me to come get them at the desk. This is not great service. The indoor pool is filthy!!! The other Home 2 we visited had Netflix and other subscriptions, this one has only love TV. It's definitely an older hotel. The staff are friendly. But overall, I would not be staying at this particular hotel again and I wouldn't say I recommend this specific one. On the plus side, the location is great if you're into restaurants and having stores close by for your convenience."
"It was not good memory for me. I’ll never stay this hotel. I’m Diamond member of Hilton. Stayed with my daughter for private use. 1)Pre-requirement: I requested Bathtub and far from elevator but not prepared. My daughter study abroad in US does have bathtub in her dormitory, that’s why bathtub was my top priority to choose hotel but they did not prepare it for us. Even though I requested, they couldn’t prepare two bed room for us. 1/5 2)Staff and service: Staff were not bad but their manager never say anything when we checked out. 2/5 3)Quietness : As ice bending machine occurs explosive sound across corridor, we were confused.1/5 4)Room : very clean and wide( I chose) room. Including large refrigerator, microwave, shower( no bathtub). One big issue was locked safety. I couldn’t use it. 2/5 5)Neighborhood : very close place from Simon outlet, lots of restaurants 5/5"
"My family and I stayed here for two weeks the beginning of the summer while moving and it was such a great experience because of the staff! Every single person on staff was so hospitable and helpful. Just after a couple of days there, they greeted my family warmly with recognition and just made it feel like the temporary home that it was. I wish I had learned their names, but I saw the same people almost every day and they were always kind and greeting people with smiles the entire shift. When we needed room service, they were quick to accommodate and got us on the schedule. On another note, our room was clean and well-maintained. We all slept very well and I consider myself particular when it comes to the cleanliness of hotels."
