"My wife and I have lived in Misty Ridge for nearly 9 years. There are two issues living here, speeding in the parking lots and people not picking up after their dogs. Maintenance and office staff have always be courteous and timely, but there is only so much they can do regarding these issues. I think our parking lots could use speed bumps. I don’t know what could be done about the negligent pet owners. There are plenty of dog stations that are usually stocked with bags. I have a dog, and enjoy the dog park and the stations."

"Won't call back when you request the office to call you back (she also said she emailed me when she clearly did not). On top of that every time I call it says the office is closed. -10/10. As someone that works in the profession of customer service myself I would recommend losing the attitude and gain some professionalism."

"I lived here for 13 months and I have nothing to say, but great things about management and the maintenance staff. If you need something to get fixed— it gets fixed right away! I liked how respectful Misty Ridge is in regards to walking in to your apartment whenever needed. Elise, the assistant manager, was very professional and understanding. She provided me with information on how to get my deposit back and a refund for an extra payment that I had made on my last month there. On top of that, she listens to your concerns and takes action immediately:) If it wouldn’t because I am moving to Texas I would have renewed my lease."

"The moving in process was easy and simple. The lady answered and email me quickly and efficiently. I love my 1 bedroom Chesapeake apartment. The Apartment I have is good size for 1 person and it comes with a den for office space. The kitchen I have is very modern and the outdoor patio is nice. The cons are probably just for me but dryer in my apartment takes multiple cycles to dry and you can hear the neighbors very clearly. This is a good apartment that is located right on route 1 east access to Fort Belvoir/Alexandria/DC. This apartment is also close to the Potomac Town Mall. Something’s that I suggest the apartment invest in is Smart home technology, Amazon Package delivery and military/first responders incentives. A picture of my gaming office below"
