"Moved in a few weeks ago and so far its great. I chose Mira over other nearby places due to the approachable/friendly leasing office, easier guest parking, price, stores nearby. The leasing office (Deandre and Mary) were friendly/easy to work with and weren't pushy with sales tactics like other places so I felt this boded well in being a future resident. Already had a maintenance request that was taken care of in 2 days. I went to Mira's wine event recently and they really did not skimp out on wine and food (like at my friend's complex nearby). I also like that we have access to the two gyms & swimming pools. My only complaint is i wish they answered emails quicker but if you call them, they take care of things right away...they prob get a lot of emails. Hoping for a continued good experience here!"

"Dog poop and pee in the elevator lobby. Homeless guy outside with his cart all the time. Fire alarm going off at random times of the night. Once due to someone smoking in the elevator. People smoke in the stairwells. Hallways smell like weed. We had cracks in the walls of our unit. Discrimination against mental illness. Would not recommend."

"Been here for a little bit now and have been really happy with the process. Mary has been exceptional, especially in keeping the move in process moving smoothly and efficiently. Maintainence is super responsive and helpful, the management are present and willing to help when needed. I had an issue and after a couple conversations with management it was taken care of. It's rare to find a management company that actually cares about its residents, but so far this is one of those places."

"I moved here about 2 weeks ago, I was not happy with the way my previous landlord was treating the residents and their lack of response concerning the safety and security of the residents while on the property. Of course since I’ve only been here for 2 weeks, I will update my reviews periodically. For now I can talk about many differences between the two properties: My one bedroom apartment is a lot bigger than the one I had before, there are convenient walkways surrounded by greenery and plants and in some areas there are water fountains, great place to take your dogs for an enjoyable walk. Last weekend I had a minor maintenance problem, I told them I could wait till Monday but the technician on call came and fixed it less than an hour after I submitted my request!! At my previous apartment I had an emergency but the guy on call for emergencies simply ignored my calls. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The management is professional. The first time I stopped by to look at the property, I had the pleasure of meeting the property’s assistant manager, Chris, such a wonderful person, he answered all my questions before, during and after I moved in. A couple of days ago I had to take my dog out after midnight and I saw a suspicious man in the lobby, the next day I mentioned it to Chris, he immediately gave me a card with the contact info of our security guard (yes we have a security guard) and he added the non emergency number of the police but what surprised me the most was the fact that he also gave me his cell phone number!! I guess with this property I have to get used to communicating with dedicated and responsible grownups. Believe me, I am working on it."
